Recomendo! Equipe de Recepção muito educada, cama super confortável, café da manhã superior ao padrão Budget, uma delícia! Os únicos problemas, o ralo do chuveiro não dá tem vazão suficiente e a água começa a subir e a água não esquenta o suficiente, fica levemente morna, e estamos em 2 quartos, os problemas não são pontuais de um quarto, nós dois acontece a mesma coisa.

Upon arrival, a very friendly lady greeted us and guided us to the other reception area, where the guy was more focused on his video call than assisting us. He barely greeted us and only gave us the room number. When we got to the room, it was disgusting. Hair was everywhere, in the shower, in the toilet, behind the toilet, which was barely swept, and even stuck to the soap dispenser. The bedspread had ink-like stains, and the towels were old and frayed. The room was small; I didn't expect more for the price, but it was poorly maintained; the toilet wouldn't stop running. There's no phone in the rooms; there's a WhatsApp service, which I wrote to, but they never responded. That morning at breakfast, there was no one at the entrance, and a girl greeted us in the middle of the lounge. She made us return to the restaurant entrance and wait there for her while she went to the end of the lounge to get her report to verify if breakfast was included. Totally unnecessary and in bad taste.
