A wonderful oasis of great facilities, service and relaxation. Couldn't fault it. Spacious and intimate at the same time. Set in trees on different levels with easy access to town and beaches if required. The buffet at breakfast and dinner was also excellent. For information, the resort and hotel was almost exclusively German travellers which we found a real travel bonus even as we seemed to be the only English speakers in the town, beach and hotel; others may prefer a more cosmopolitan mixture of guests.

This is the 3rd time we’ve been. Location is excellent, close to beach and restaurants. The facilities are always clean. Breakfast is much improved this year with better food and coffee selection and better organisation of dining area. Pool is clean. Very good a/c and the beach towel system and elimination of annoying wrist bands are a plus for 2023. The things to consider to improve would be 1) WiFi ( very poor - also a bonus!) 2) Hairdryers are old and slow 3) guy in the night bar is not focused on making customer happy ( terrible attitude- we went elsewhere) 4) fix all of the broken equipment in the gym ( the spin bike was unusable and a hazard) 5) there aren’t enough sun loungers during high season for pool ( feel like sardines) and the sun lounger situation on the beach where another company owns them means you’re paying €20 for 2 loungers there were 9 of us here for 10 days. That’s a lot of money and then the sunlounger company don’t really control the crowding. Not within the control of the hotel but does crews hassle. 6) the bedroom and bathrooms are now very dated due to high usage and would benefit from some investment. The staff have a lot to be proud of. They maintain everything well but now it’s time to invest in the infrastructure as this hotel is 4* and not cheap

We stayed for 5 nights due to my birthday. The hotel is located right by the waterfront. Spotless clean and super friendly staff/receptionist. We even got an Upgrade to a room with a balcony facing the pool which was very attentive. For my birthday we found a bottle of Cava and two glasses in the room which made our day. We didn't expect that! We used the Bar, pool and brekkie area and it was great to hang out, nice beachy vibes. Didn't try lunch/dinner tough as there is plenty of restaurants close by. I can highly recommend this hotel!

I love this hotel, the location, the staff from reception to waiters, to cleaners to lifeguard to entertainment team - they are all so lovely! I stayed for 4 days in July, with a friend and took my husband back in September for a week, as was so impressed. The residents are probably 90% German as is Cala Ratjada but that makes it more interesting! It’s the sort of place I feel you could also go alone for peace. It’s situated apart from the busy area - 15 min walk around coast and it has lovely pool and bar area. Steps are built directly into the sea and only thing missing is sandy beach, but you can catch a bus to various others or just walk to closest one. There’s a smaller indoor pool and spa area with massages etc on offer and loads of space for sun beds around pool and grass area. Even tennis, bikes and paddle boarding available. Nightly entertainment is on offer if you have supper there or can head out. wish I could go again!

I booked the Amoros because there wasn't a lot of other options available in Cala Ratjada being out of season in November. The hotel is in a good area, very close to the centre and the beaches. It's not a 5* hotel but an excellent 3* hotel, well run, well maintained, friendly staff and spotlessly clean. The hotel is quite small which gives it a very friendly feel to it, pleasant sitting in the bar of an evening, very relaxing. Oh and the bar prices are very good as well, which helps😃 When booking the hotel through an agent, I hadn't realised I'd booked Half Board, I thought I was only staying on a B&B basis, I'm so glad we were Half Board, the food was excellent, far beyond what I'd expect at a 3* establishment, plenty of choice at both breakfast and dinner, we especially loved the cooking station where you could get fresh eggs cooked to order at breakfast and at dinner time, fish and meat cooked to order, delicious. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we will definitely return.
