Quiero agradecer a todo el equipo de Ona Cala Pi por los servicios prestados, por la atención brindada a mi familia. Éramos un grupo de 10 personas 7 adultos y 3 niñ@s. Las instalaciones muy limpias las piscinas una maravilla. Desde que llegamos al hotel una excelente atención y bienvenida por parte de Carlos. La subdirectora siempre muy atenta con todo. La programación de actividades por parte del equipo de recreación excelente. La atención en el comedor por parte de Mateo y todo su equipo muy agradable. En la piscina disponen de un Bar que presta el servicio Yunior y vaya donde de gente de alegría siempre que pedías algo. (Como mejora por favor ponerle un buen equipo de sonido) Muchas gracias a todo el equipo de Ona Cala pi por permitirnos disfrutar de unas excelentes vacaciones.

Beleza natural única , bom para quem quer sossego e tem força nas pernas,às 22h fecha tudo, nem um café se consegue beber e preparem-se para descer cerca de 150 escadas até à praia e voltar a subir !!! A limpeza do quarto péssima . O colchão não tinha proteção e cheirava muito mal tal como os lençóis ! Tive que pedir lençóis novos na receção e eu própria mudei a cama e virei o colchão . No dia seguinte, as senhoras da limpeza voltaram a trocar os lençóis para outros novamente malcheirosos e não trocaram os lençóis a da cama das crianças , o que revela falta de comunicação entre departamentos e má gestão . Não limparam nem aspiraram o chão, não lavaram a casa de banho , deixei os lençóis no chão do terraço e lá ficaram, nao os recolheram... Na parte da piscina, havia tufos de cabelo junto escada da piscina desde início da nossa estadia até ao fim . Os empregados de mesa não pareciam ter grande formação, logo no acto de entrega das bebidas traziam a conta para pagar, A comida do buffet não variava muito e terminava com frequência . A não repetir.

Cet établissement est parfait pour des vacances en famille. Le personnel est aux petit soins. Les appartements sont parfaits, propre et pratique, surtout ceux qui ont bénéficiés d'un coup de jeunesse. La demi pension est idéal cependant cette année nous avons trouvé une légère baisse de choix, de variété pour le soir. La literie est parfaite. Nous recommandons vivement.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo hotel per una settimana con colazione inclusa. Ci hanno sistemato in un spazioso appartamento e la colazione al mattino era molto abbondante e varia. Abbiamo cenato tre volte durante la settimana all'interno della struttura e come la colazione, il buffet era vario ed abbondante. Belle le piscine e l'animazione per i bambini non mancava. Ho apprezzato il riassento della camera ed il cambio biancheria a metà settimana. Il personale era accogliente, festoso, sorridente e sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni tua necessità.

If you want to flush your money in the toilet - come and visit Ona Cala Pi. The horror story starts with reception: incompetent and rude people, especially the one called Maria P. They are rude, tell you lies and try to give you apartment worse quality only because their cleaning team FINALLY cleaned at least that one. Instead of owing their mistakes, they blame each other at the reception. Restaurant food is very bad: plane, no taste, horrible choices. Music blasts by the pool.

Estamos encantados con nuestra estancia en este hotel y en especial con el equipo de animación. Nuestras hijas han disfrutado muchísimo. El desayuno está muy bien, tienen mucha variedad y la cala, que es preciosa, está bajando por unas escaleras desde el hotel.
