Tolles Hotel mit hervorragendem Personal
Es war unser zweiter Besuch in diesem Hotel und es war wieder ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist, von der Rezeption über das Restaurant bis zur Reinigung, top. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Poor view
We paid extra for the sea view, but ended up with a very restricted view on the 1st floor. In my opinion the should not charge extra for such a poor view

A well-equipped facility with every comfort, and the staff is kind and helpful. The 24-hour reception is very convenient. Due to an emergency, we had to cut our stay short, and even though it wasn’t required, we were refunded for the remaining days. I highly recommend this place.

Sehe sauber, gutes Essen, Personal sehr nett und freudlich, Meer in der Nähe. Das war super in diesem Hotel sich zu erholen. Wir waren mit dem Baby, Kinderbett war neu, sauber, Kinderstuhle war immer vorhanden. Sehr saiberes Zimmer. Ich empfehle

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Essen super lecker, Lage vom Hotel perfekt. Personal extrem freundlich. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles ist sauber. Wir haben gehört dass das Hotel demnächst renoviert wird. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Das Hotel hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Von der Nähe zum Strand, dem Meerblick, dem Pool, dem Essen, den Zimmern und dem Personal war nichts auszusetzen!

Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt. Für ein 3 Sterne Hotel war es gut. Das Essen war sehr gut, bis auf das Rührei, es war sehr wässrig. Ein paar Kritikpunkte: Das Geschirr beim Essen war oft nicht richtig sauber (Teller und Gläser). Wir hatten eine Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer, wodurch wir vieles von den Nachbarn hören konnten, es war sehr hellhörig. In der ersten Nacht konnten wir nicht gut schlafen, da der Nachbar laut geschnarcht hat. Auch unser Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht sehr sauber, auf meinem Kopfkissen war ein Fleck, ein Handtuch hatte einen Fleck und es befanden sich noch fremde Haare auf dem Boden. Die Mitarbeiter beim Essen waren sehr freundlich, sie könnten jedoch direkt neue Getränke bringen wenn Gläser leer sind oder fragen ob wir noch etwas trinken wollen. Wenn man sich an einen Tisch setzt, an dem zuvor andere Leute saßen, sollte der Tisch neu gedeckt werden mit neuem Besteck und Servietten. Es wurde nur das dreckige Geschirr abgeräumt. Es sind Kleinigkeiten, an denen man jedoch den Unterschied zu 4 oder 5 Sterne Hotels erkennt. Ansonsten war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.
