Had a great holiday. The hotel staff were helpful, friendly and nice. Everything was good in the hotel. A great choice of breakfast and evening meals. The room was great only a partial sea view which was really good. Great to sit on the balcony in the evening. Like that there was a car park and cycle track right in front of the hotel and then the beach. Would definitely go back and stay there again.

Wir waren als 2 Familien mit 2 Kindern für eine Woche im Castel de Mar und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Bereits der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr herzlich.Es gab für uns und die Kinder einen Willkommensdrink und wir fühlten uns direkt willkommen. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. An den Frühstücks- sowie Abendbuffets ist eine große Auswahl und mit Sicherheit für jeden etwas dabei. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage.

Very nice hotel. Great pools, nice room with fantastic view of the beach .Best of all was the service from all the staff. Very friendly and very fast! Nicely placed in the middle of the Bay and close to very pretty local towns.

Not worth it
There was no parking, had to move the car several times just to check in. The area of town was not what we expected - it had a very drunk, ****** vibe. Staff at check in were not helpful. She told us we had been upgraded, but when we got to the room it was horrible - the view was of the roof of another building and it was dirty - it was not an upgrade. Inside hotel was stuffy and hot, everything felt sticky. It also did not feel safe, and was not comfortable, it was run down, overcrowded, and dirty. We did not even end up staying there due to the bad vibe. We left and found a different hotel for that night. Very disappointing and not worth the price at all. Thankfully we only booked it for one night and not the full week.

I stayed here solo in November 2024, my room was lovely with great views over the bay. The food was great, especially Breakfast, such a choice, room was spotless and all the staff from reception, bars, restaurant, pool side & chambermaids were friendly & helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Just returned from what I would say is the best hotel or one of the best we have stayed in. From the moment we were met at reception to checking out was a pleasure. Food is fantastic, plenty of choice and a different theme every night. Halloween was especially good. No need to place towels on loungers( one of my pet hates) as there was always plenty available. Hotel is in a great location for having a stroll to the next resorts,( Sa Coma and Cala Bona, even rented push bikes for a day trip to Porto Christo).10/10 for cleaners and all staff. The beach was very clean but unfortunately we only got to go in the sea twice as stormy weather put a hold on that. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and would love to return one day.
