After a five and a half hour flight delay, we couldn't wait to get to the hotel, on arrival we thought it was ok, I emailed before arrival and asked for a room in the main block which was granted, to the left was a sea view and to the right a pool view, was really happy with it. Bathroom stupidly tiny, you had to walk into the bathroom squeeze behind the door before you could close it, room was basic but fine for a week. Being 3 star I wasn't expecting luxury, having been to a lot of all inclusive hotels however I have to say this was by far the worst I have ever come across. Breakfast was edible, there was always something to eat, lunch and evening meal was a joke, hardly any choice and all I can say is thank god I wasn't there in the summer, when it's at full capacity. No snack bar, have to pay 1 euro for plastic cup for your drinks, even in the bar at evenings which is really weird, we ate out 6 days out of 7 which we hadn't really budgeted for after paying for all inclusive, preferential treatment depending on your nationality was highly noticeable, pool bar open every day until Friday when a coach load of locals came for the weekend, they didn't want to sit outside so they closed the pool bar and opened the bar inside, so anyone sitting round the pool had to cross over a main road in their swimwear to go to the inside bar where all the locals were sitting nursing a bottle of water....heard a few people asking for a certain cocktail and the barman obliged, the next day I asked for same cocktail and was told, no we don't do them. Location of hotel is good, can not see how on earth they cope in the summer months with the restaurant situation
