Don't listen to the negative reviews this hotel is great. The only reason I can think for negative reviews is people expecting 5star quality for 3star pricing. The hotel is immaculately clean, there are plenty of options for food, yes it might get a bit samey if you're staying for a week but it's delicious, hot and plentiful. The pool area is small ish but it's a small hotel, never any issues with getting a sun bed or table, queues for the bar were small. All the staff were lovely and helpful. I originally visited with my son (11) in October 23 and we had such a lovely time I visited again solo in May 24 and although I didn't interact with the staff apart from going to the bar 2 of them remembered me which was lovely. If you treat people how you wish to be treated no one is rude or unhelpful, just be polite ! Entertainment is minimal there was a bit of a table tennis comp and another game in the day and karaoke/ bingo in the eve.. knowing this, adjust your expectations, not everywhere you go has an acrobatic show and professional singer every night. Maybe not ideal if you want to actually entertain or look after your own children. Life guard was great. Unfortunately there were a few rowdy people that were loud and and not the kind of humans i enjoy but this is in no way the hotels fault, again don't spend 3 star money if you're expecting a 5 star trip. Perfect location 5 min walk to the beach lovely restaurants and shops. I would thoroughly recommend and visit again.

Stayed at this hotel for a little break for myself and my daughter. The hotel is fresh and clean and the majority of staff is friendly. Great location, 5 mins from the beach. And plenty of restaurants and bars close by. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment which is nice and spacious. The food is very hit and miss and with evening meal from 7.30pm it can almost feel like a bull pen. Forever queuing which is disappointing especially those with mobility issues and with children. The area is nice however going for A walk can be difficult considering their is a bike lane in the middle and you are forever dodging bikes so not very pedestrian friendly.

I was so nervous after reading some of the bad reviews but Ignore them all...those people clearly want 5 star in a 3 star hotel....do the bedrooms need updating?...yes...but the whole hotel was spotlessly clean and bed was so comfy, towels changed daily and room cleaned except a Wednesday when they have their day off...staff spot on, nice and friendly. The food was always lovely with plenty of choice and constantly replenished throughout meal times. Restaurant is small but very well organised...at tea time, if there was a queue, you were shown to your table so you sat at the correct sized table for your party, which worked really well. You paid 1 euro for your plastic cup at bar (we just kept hold of it til last night then you can get your euro back if you wish) then when needing a fresh drink your cup was changed too (this also stopped drinks and cups been left all over the place) when in Restaurant there were glasses and you helped yourself to lager and wine from the pumps and fizzy pop or tea/coffee and water. The snack bar is literally pastries left over from breakfast and sandwiches, which they leave on the bar for you to help yourself. On your last day they have a locked room to leave luggage, as need to vacate room at 11, and there is a room on 5th floor which is available to use if you need a quick shower, just ask at reception for towels. If you exited the hotel and turned left and went down 2 streets (2 minute walk if that) you were straight onto the beach front with plenty Restaurant's to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would return in the future.

1. Staff are so rude, unhelpful and no customer service skills 2. Food is hit or miss, we nicknamed it hotel slop 3. All the plates are dirty 4. There's not enough tables in restaurant but plenty of room for more 5. No allergen warnings... my daughter is sensitive to sesame and her lips completely blew up one dinner 6. Not enough sunloungers 7. No snacks included in all inclusive apart from a dry sandwich 8. The staff don't know their own rules, it's a €1 per cup for your drinks some said cash only some took card 9. My daughter used game room, won a toy in claw machine but it got stuck, no keys so had to get refunded instead! 10. Bath unusable as all cracked 11. No entertainment guide, entertainment is quite terrible! Nothing for kids For a cheap basic holiday it's ok but just ok! So much potential but staff don't seem to want to try to make it better than ok
