Super nice staff, perfect surroundings and the resort itself, beautiful.
A couple of drawbacks are that the music from the pool is heard throughout the resort and breaks the tranquility. Also that the rooms are excessively sober.

The staff throughout the resort are very helpful, polite and pleasant. The free buffet breakfast deserves special mention. It is spectacular, with quite a variety and great quality. It is not a typical hotel, since they are like small apartments, some of the oldest of which are located between private houses. Finally, the location of the hotel is very quiet and beautiful.

This resort is beautiful so clean & the staff in the restaurant & reception always greeted with a smile & were more than happy to help. The beds were comfy but pillows a bit on the hard side. The tv had no signal because the wifi wasn’t active but that wasn’t an issue for us but could be for others. The food was delicious with plenty of choices, all in all a wonderful stay would def recommend & return. Very quiet at night.

Wir waren das 2. Mal in dieser wunderbaren Anlage. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, geräumig. Klimaanlage ist in beiden Zimmer vorhanden. Betten top. Die Mitarbeiter sind so herzlich, da arbeitet ein Team, was sich versteht. Essen ist auch lecker, wer da nichts findet, ist selber schuld. Getränke zum Abendessen inklusive, ganz toll 😊 Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Lovely hotel but beware if booking through a third party they only have 3 twin rooms so check before you head off.staff are wonderful.rooms clean and spacious. Food is what you would expect from buffet not 5 star but plenty of choice. If you want to buy an alcoholic drink with your meal there is a bar in the restaurant We didn't bother as the queues were too long.Pool bar good for snacks.pool too cold for me to get into.The hotel is quite remote so I'd advise a car as there is no bus service to the local town and beaches and it works out to be expensive getting taxis. Santa Eulalia is a lovely town.old Ibiza is a must I'd stay here again but only with a car

Localização bastante tranquila, a 15 minutos a pé de uma pequena cala (Lenya). Instalações simpáticas, contudo o quarto que nos foi atribuído era demasiado pequeno. A limpeza do nosso quarto era muito superficial e por vezes inexistente em certas zonas mais concretamente pequeno jardim que pertencia à habitação. Alguns detritos de lixo (garrafas plásticas, objetos,...) lançados por outros clientes, pareciam ter algum tempo, permaneceram no chão do jardim desde o nosso 1º dia. Alimentação aceitável, contudo o show cooking deveria ser melhorado (poucas opções e muito demoradas). Staff do restaurante muito simpático.
