Excelente relación precio calidad. Ubicación ideal, cerca de la costa y del puerto (muy importante si van a tomar un tour por las calas o rentar un bote). Queremos resaltar la atención y el desayuno, muy bueno :). Muchas gracias por todo !!

＞ "Superior sea view" room: see the photo for the "sea view". As for the term "superior", it is not at all appropriate. The room was very small, with faulty equipment (only one lamp worked). Only one seat when there were two of us, no table. However, we asked for it but it was never provided. The balcony was more than ridiculous, and we were so close to the street that all passers-by had a view of the room...
＞ TV: ridiculously small (smaller than a computer screen). The screen stayed on, and to turn it off, you had to unplug it.
＞ calm: room on the street. In addition, we were inevitably woken up by the cleaning ladies who do not care about the rest of the guests and discuss heavily behind the door (when they do not knock to ask us to let them clean the room from 8 am).

The staff at this hotel were very nice! They helped with everything we asked for. The main issue with this hotel was that we got a room with a very bad smell. We notified the staff. However they just tried to use a spray, and we had to wait for two days before we were offered to change room. The location of this hotel was great! Close to the beach and the restaurants, but still in a calm neighborhood.

L hôtel est fermé et j ai été redirigé vers un autre hôtel du même groupe 4 étoiles mais avec un très mauvais accueil de la gérante.
De plus les chambres sont bruyantes et un peu vétuste les prix par contre eux sont élevés
Je n ai pas apprécié ne pas être informé en amont de la fermeture de l établissement choisi et avoir été forcé à séjourner dans l autre hôtel

Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr, sehr, sehr in die Jahre gekommen und gehört unserer Meinung wirklich Generalsaniert!
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis entspricht überhaupt nicht dem was angeboten wird - Unterkunft viel zu teuer!!!
In unserem Zimmer hat es täglich nach Kanal gerochen, der Abfluss in der Dusche ging nicht ordentlich (Rezeption darauf aufmerksam gemacht, mit der Antwort das Abflusssieb selber herauszunehmen für einen besseren Abfluss) und die Steckdose ging nicht neben den Bett (auch die wurde nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen nicht repariert)!!!
Wir waren mit diesem Hotel absolut nicht zufrieden!!!

Hotellet är väldigt nedgånget och slitet, stark mögellukt i det slitna och otrevliga rummet. Väldigt varmt då luftkonditioneringen är gammal och fungerar dåligt. Rekommenderas absolut inte!
