接待我們的女士（我猜是老闆娘）非常不友好，因為訂酒店的時候忘記選有孩子，到店她一臉不願意的説你們是三個人 我説我訂酒店是沒有注意這個問題必須填有孩子，我們可以和孩子share一張床並且加錢給她，我已經説了可以付孩子的錢給她，她依然一臉不願意拉拉個臉嘟嘟囔囔説of coure you can share one bed with your kid…我就問她所以怎樣才能入住，她收了我135歐元，在班裡的過程中一直拉拉個臉嘟嘟囔囔，然後扭臉兒旁邊有個外國人問她問題她扭臉就是笑臉相迎。我懷疑她對中國人有偏見，一晚3000人民幣，服務態度為零，拉拉個臉全程。退房時候我問她回機場的大巴在哪裡坐（從鎮上出發回olbja的大巴就那一輛，每天4班車），她竟然説不知道真是絕了，你一個開旅店的你不知道這麼重要的旅行訊息，不知道就不知道吧，還嘟嘟囔囔地説一共就倆車站…退房後我們在海灘又溜達了一會兒，看到有酒店名稱的躺椅和遮陽傘做了一會，她來説你要坐這裏的話需要預訂，並特意強調了你現在可以繼續坐但是you need to pay，我表示我馬上就要離開calagone了，她依然拉拉個臉，站那盯着我們，那表情充滿歧視。所以我不知道遮陽傘是對所有住店客人都收費還是怎樣。總之非常不愉快的體驗，建議攜程把這家店從中國官網撤銷掉吧。

Abgesehen davon dass wir ganz Sardinien überbewertet finden, hat es uns hier - bis auf die Lage gar nicht gefallen. Das Hotel ist alt, verwinkelt mit winzigen Zimmern - wir haben uns Balkon gewünscht, auch der war mini klein. Es hat auch unangenehm gerochen. Das Personal war meistens freundlich, guter Service sieht aber anders aus. Ab 23.30 sollte man nichts mehr zu trinken wollen. Das es ein eigenes Boot gibt mag sein, aber niemanden der es betreibt? Also Achtung nicht darauf verlassen was auf der Webseite steht. Frühstück geht so. Wir würden nicht mehr hier wohnen!

Stunning property stunning grounds great breakfast perfect location to stay right across the street from the beach and walking distance to all the little restaurants and city center perfect place to stay if you’re looking to do the beach excursions. Very beautiful hotel. I really enjoyed the serene views and having breakfast in the morning, staring out at the ocean underneath the pergola and grapevines, it’s very beautifully designed, my only wish was that the air conditioner worked a little better other than that I would definitely stay here again

Nous avons été vraiment déçus de notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est aimable, mais la propriétaire peu communicative et franchement pas du tout commerciale. Les chambres, plutôt vétustes (en particulier les salles de bains) sont sombres au rez de chaussée, le tout pour un prix quotidien de € 190. Même en plein jour, il faut allumer la lumière. Un prix nullement justifié compte tenu de l'état des lieux. Cet hôtel ne mérite absolument pas ses 4 étoiles - 3 étoiles au grand maximum. Et encore... Rapport qualité/prix tout à fait décalé. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet établissement pourtant joliment situé sur le littoral.

Flott sted og beliggenhet ved havet.
Litt rufsete. Betjeningen i restauranten manglet interesse for å gi kunden en god opplevelse. Lite serviceinnstilte.
rommet vi fikk var greit, men badet stinket mugg, toalettskålen hadde fuktskadet og falt nesten av. Knappen man trykker på for å tømme toalettet falt neste av. Manglet propp i vasken. Hotellet har et stor forbedringspotensiale. Stod ikke i forhold prisen på 2800,- pr natt.
