Just returned after a 4 night stay and glad it wasn't for any longer. Hotel rooms ,grounds and communal areas were clean and tidy. Food was ok,your typical TUI hotel food apart from the snack bar where we found the food wasn't cooked properly ( burgers still raw in the middle)no outside seating area to eat your main meals which was disappointing. Drinks were ok apart from the cocktails as they were all premixed in bottles, NOT GOOD. Couldn't sit on sunbeds and smoke you had to go the designated area every time which only had enough seating for about 30 people so trying to get a seat was a nightmare. Pool area and outside seating area was locked down until 9am every day. I can understand the pool area being shut but people like to go outside and sit drinking coffee/tea and enjoying the view in the morning but this was not possible and then the que to get outside and get sunbeds at 9am was ridiculous. Pool area is quite small and all the sunbeds are crammed together (looks bigger in the photos). Most of the staff were welcoming and polite apart from a couple at the snack bar who were very rude and miserable when i approached them about the burgers not being cooked. The surrounding area is nice, plenty of shops,bars and restaurants 5min walk away which i used a lot to eat and drink in as I found the food and drink 100x better ( no rude staff). Also a couple of nice bays close by to go swimming or cliff diving but very small and very busy. Would I return to this hotel....probably not.Just not for us.
