Casa Sonia la Cala de Moral

The house is located in the higher part of "la Cala del Moral". The center and the beach can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a bathroom, double bed 160x200 cm, with a wonderful sea view. There is also a guest room (double bed 140x200cm) and a separate bathroom on the first floor. In the basement there is a guest toilet, the large terrace with a breathtaking view, a well-equipped kitchen with gas hob, stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker. There is also a fireplace for those few cold days in winter. A staircase outside from the upper terrace leads to the lower apartment. Small but nice with a double bed 140x200, bathroom, living room with a small opportunity to cook (stovetop, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator and microwave). The sunny terrace invites you to linger. Both apartments have Wifi and satellite TV (German-Spanish) The use of a community pool (salt water) is permitted between May and October. Access for guests is from Calle Bequer (staircase) to the left of the car parks. We recommend our guests a car or motorbike. . The property is not handicapped accessible. The walk back to the property from town and beach is steep and takes less than 15 minutes.
