OMG! A disaster. A very, very old and unkempt hotel. Everything stinks of mold and damp. Dirty beds. No service. Toilets have rusty lids, and the showers are old and very unkempt. Doors don't close. The air conditioning stinks of smoke, and people smoke in all the rooms. It's supposedly 4-star, but that's a lie and not the truth. This is a guesthouse, not 4-star. Never again!

The hotel is in the most beautiful location you could expect but be mindful there is only one bus that runs about 3-4 times a day.i definitely recommend hiring a car. Taxi to the airport us about £75. Hotel smells amazing.view from the balcony was stunning.this is very basic for a 4* hotel.do not even give complimentary water.they told be to buy it from the vending machine which is “ cash only”
Staff are great.after checkout we still had a wait begire we left so they give a complimentary room for half hr do you can shower and change before you leave.great selection for breakfast.the boathouse restaurant nearby has some amazing food
Their 5 star hotel next door is OUTSTANDING.went there for a drink.

The hotel was satisfactory, being advertised as a 4-star establishment. However, the facilities and aged infrastructure fall short of justifying its star rating. Furthermore, its distant location from both the airport and city centre may be inconvenient. If your intention is to enjoy a lively nightlife, it would be advisable to book accommodations closer to Playa de Bossa.

L'hotel è situato in una delle più belle cale di Ibiza (Cala Sant Vicente, nel nord dell'isola, circa 50 min da Eivissa), dotata di una grande spiaggia di sabbia con diverse aree attrezzate a pagamento (lettini ed ombrelloni, costo € 7 a pezzo al gg) ed un bellissimo mare. Buoni i servizi offerti dalla struttura. Colazione e cena molto varie. Staff cortese.

Abbiamo alloggiato 10 giorni e non potevo fare scelta migliore per quanto riguarda l’alloggio. Hotel situato in una baia stupenda (a parer mio una delle più belle dell’isola), staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Cibo buonissimo sia a colazione che a cena. Insomma tutto perfetto!
