We truly had such an amazing time at El Vicenc. From the moment we walked in, it was an amazing experience. Everything was so clean and perfect. The view was incredible. They even had a menu of what kind of pillows you wanted. Would recommend this hotel 10/10!

We stayed first two night in Palma before we went to this lovely adults only 5 star pearl located in the northern part of Mallorca. It is a very new hotel with lots of facilities, placed very close to the beach. We had booked a stay for 5 nights and got two rooms on 1st floor with pool access. A very well planned room with a lovely bathroom, really a nice bed with nice pillows. Also a nice terass with sofas etc. The cleaning of the room was excellent. They have a nice roof-top terrass with pool, sunbeds and a restaurant. Here is also the breakfast located. Very nice view over the cove seeing the ocean working its way in to the beach. If you go here, do not miss out to use the indoor spa, the pooltable room and of course the cinema(seating for 30 people) where you can order popcorn and soft drinks. Great service. On the beach it is possible to rent kajaks, SUP, snorkeling and dive. The best about this beach is that you have both the cliffs and the beach. Possible improvements: More flexibility regarding the food menys, more international food. It should be easier to get a breakfast kit if you are not able to do the breakfast at the hotel. The elevators was very slow. Details are everything. This hotel smells very good all over, the pattern in the walls in the bathroom together with the towels, very nice.

Als wir gebucht haben, war es noch 18 . Im Pool spielende Teenager waren nach 12 -Einführung zwar erlaubt, aber bei einem so kleinen Pool war schwimmen dann nicht mehr so leicht möglich. Abgesehen davon war es eines der besten Hotels die je hatte und würde auch wieder hinfahren.

Beautiful property and area. Very, very quiet area but spectacular view of the bay. If you are expecting any nightlife I would not recommend. It’s super quiet!
Hotel is lovely, very modern, great facilities, great staff working to support you. Only issue is the tendency to want to upsell - car parking. Free car park directly outside but hotel booked me a private space with valet - despite saying it was a hire car and it was €35 per night. Little bit crazy! Service at the pool can be a little slow and menu is very limited (not amazing food). But for view, location, facilities top pick.

My husband & I have stayed at El Vicenç de La Mar for a week. This hotel is pretty much flawless. The service is exceptional. The food was great. Cleanliness is amazing too. We have stayed in the Junior Suite room with the jacuzzi outside. One thing I can point out would be there is not much privacy around the jacuzzi area as it is quite open so your guests next door to you can see everything. One another thing I can point out are the table legs of the tables on the roof top restaurant are positioned in a quite an uncomfortable way so it is quite uncomfortable especially for women to get seated. Apart from those 2 things everything was perfect.

What an absolutely stunning hotel and location. ‘THE’ place to go for a special occasion, staff were exceptional, all restaurants and food choices were made to an extremely high standard, rooms were superb with excellent views over the sea. I don’t have the vocabulary to describe how much we enjoyed staying at this hotel. Hope to return again in the future. The only gripe I have is that whilst checking out and settling the bill we were asked if we would like to add a ‘tip’ to the final hotel bill, this made us feel extremely uncomfortable, it is something we have never been asked before. We did tip regularly during our stay so found it strange when requested through the card reader if we wished to add a gratuity to the final bill. I have no doubt that there are people with great wealth who stay at this hotel who would have no issue with this but there are also people like ourselves who work and save hard in order to stay at such locations and 10% added to the final is not a small amount. Please do not make the location out of reach for people who would like to mark a special occasion with a break to a very special hotel.
