Siamo arrivati tramite un’agenzia di Milano che conosco bene e mi ha sempre trattato benissimo ! Ed è giunta una conferma delle ottime scelte fatte ! All’arrivo il receptionist ci ha accompagnati con molta attenzione alla nostra stanza duplex assolutamente bella in stile moresco spagnolo e con grande confort ad iniziare da un salottino comodo ed elegante con relativo balcone top su un giardinetto interno. Bagno bello e letto matrimoniale grande. Ottimo l’aiuto del receptionist per organizzare una gita in barca il giorno successivo nonché il noleggio auto a due passi per tre giorni successivi. Piscina bellissima, servizio colazione e cena di ottimo livello; il tutto è veramente super e la cortesia e professionalità del personale eccezionale ! Ti fanno stare come a casa tua ! Ci tornerò, se riesco, molto volentieri !

Faultless hotel. The most relaxing holiday we’ve ever had! Beautiful room with a suite/ living area and a large balcony overlooking the pool. Huge comfy bed, timeless and stylish room with great cleaning staff each day. Grounds of the hotel are beautiful around the pool. The staff were great. Delicious breakfast with cooked to order options. Loved the style of the hotel and the artworks on the walls. A nice wall of books to read if you wanted in the reception. Will come again.

Stayed for a long weekend visit . Before we arrived hotel asked us arrival time and any other requests . Flight was delayed so I messaged them to update the time and they were so lovely and said we could ve upgraded to a suite . That is excellent customer service . Room was unreal . Very quiet hotel just perfect . Rooms so comfortable , spacious and clarins toiletries luxury . Breakfast was so much choice sitting overlooking the beautiful pool and gardens .highly recommend this hotel

We repeatedly stay at this hotel because it consistently delivers a quality product matched with excellent levels of service and above all friendliness. Lucia, the hotel director is ever present and leads all her staff to ensure your experience is memorable and relaxed. It is little wonder that there is such a high level of repeat guests and certainly we felt highly valued. Looking forward to returning in September.

Our 2nd stay at the hotel, on arrival we received a lovely warm welcome, help with our cases and were shown to our room.The hotel , pool and garden areas are immaculate, breakfast is delicious and plentiful, we ate in the hotel restaurant for dinner twice, great menu.Special thanks to Pepe, Alonso, Julian and Andreas, all the staff were wonderful smiley and very hardworking.

Great hotel with nice people and service
Great hotel with super service level and an outstanding breakfast. It is certainly a quiet hotel, but also in a small and not very vibrant city/village. Only a few restaurants, so here you need to go the Port de Pollensa. Forunately there is a busstop 30 meters from the hotel and takes 12 min.
There is no bus returning after 11 pm. Seaview from the "seaview" rooms (at least ours) were minimal.

Absolute gem.
This is a wonderful hotel set back from the very busy beach front in a beautiful garden setting centered around a lovely pool. The staff are all incredible. Friendly and professional. We were offered a lovely upgrade which was fabulous. If I am to comment on one negative it’s that hotel guests do not respect the sign to “shower” before dipping into the pool! Showers are provided but clearly ignored and management should find a way to get the message through. Food is delicious, garden is spectacular and our suite was large and beautifully furnished. Will definitly return.

It is a wonderful hotel we have returned to twice after thirty years. The new management is implecable, the attention is warm and caring and it has been a wonderful experience
