We have been here three years in a row now. The staff are extremely hard working so thank you for an enjoyable stay. The view is unreal. Every day relaxing at the front is beautiful however you do need to be out quick or the front sunbeds with the best view go quick, I seen people up at 6am. The food is very very basic. If you want anything other than total relaxation I’d look elsewhere. They always had our room ready for 12 noon which was great. You can get a late check out at the other end until 4pm as shown in the pictures. The bonus of the goats appearing is fun. We had welcome drinks plus a bottle Prosecco and a voucher for cocktails which was a lovely touch. The only downside I have is it seems impossible to get a front facing central sew view room. I think you should offer this at an increased price. We have attempted to pay the promo price the non promo price and requested these rooms every year but never got it. The balconies on the side sea view rooms are tiny. We spoke to couples who had been there a few years repeatedly and they advised they just asked for they rooms, so a hint of unfairness. We paid £150+ for a sea view but still never got the front facing room. We enjoyed our time here. Nice restaurants around the place to make up for the basic food. The rooms are kept clean but not the biggest of rooms. Again, the staff are all fantastic. We also enjoyed a spa day which was lovely so a shout out to them team there! Bring your sea shoes and enjoy the sea and snorkelling. Pollenca is a ten minute taxi ride but it can be a long wait to get a taxi plus a long wait in the taxi rank back. So yeah overall a basic enjoyable stay.

This was our first visit to Don Pedro Cala St Vincente . We have been to Mallorca many times before but never this part of the island. The hotel was recommended to us by friends who have visited before. We were far from disappointed, in fact we were very impressed. Upon arrival we were made very welcome. Nothing was to much trouble. Everyone is made to feel important. The facilities are well appointed. The pool and terrace area are very clean and the sunbed availability is plentiful. The food in the restaurant is excellent and varied. The restaurant staff are very polite , helpful and friendly. Thank you Don Pedro for making our holiday both relaxing and enjoyable. We have booked again for next September. We should like pay special thanks to Venesza who went above and beyond to make us welcome.

I am a very tough person when it comes to writing hotel reviews. I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in Mallorca. The whole place is beautifull and very well organized, and the staff are absolutely amazing. The restaurant team in particular is extremely kind and helpful. I am very picky when it comes to food since I don’t eat meat and prefer meals without too much salt, but here I could always find delicious vegetarian options, and the fact that they don’t oversalt their dishes is a huge plus for me. One drawback was- The staff member in charge of preparing eggs was consistently late and seemed uninterested in helping guests. A good breakfast service should be welcoming and efficient, but unfortunately that was not the case here. Breakfast is advertised to start at 8:00, but the staff member responsible for preparing eggs did not even begin until 8:25. Guests were left waiting, which is unacceptable. If breakfast starts at 8:00, he should arrive earlier — at least by 7:45 — to set up and have the egg station ready on time. As well One morning when I arrived at 8:15, the floors were still wet from cleaning and extremely slippery — unsafe for guests. Either the cleaning should be finished earlier, or breakfast should officially start at 8:30 so everything is properly prepared and safe by the time guests arrive. The cocktail bar was another highlight — the bartender was excellent, and the Pornstar Martini he prepared was amazing. He made strong, well-balanced cocktails and created a really enjoyable atmosphere. The entertainment in the hotel was excellent, making the evenings fun and enjoyable. Overall, I was so pleasantly surprised by the hotel that I decided to extend my stay for an extra day just to enjoy it more. I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back again! The beach at this hotel is amazing! You can find parking easily outside of the hotel. I had requested a quiet room, and they gave me exactly that, which I really appreciated. I would definitely come back to this hotel!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and worth every penny we paid. The hotel is in the most beautiful location, I will miss listening to the waves with my balcony door open all night. The food is beautiful and there is so much choice and variety every day. The staff are lovely and they upgraded us to a suite which was perfect! Thank you so much for making our wedding anniversary special. We will be back!

Alike other views the only thing going for this hotel is the view it provides! As a person who travels regularly staying in hotels of all boards, types and locations I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unfortunately for the reasons based off of our experience below: Reception: We booked all inclusive for 5 nights here, at check-in we followed relevant procedure and were given half board wristbands causing obvious problems. When reaching the room (which was in a separate building, lugging luggage up and down stairs and along uneven pavements in the dark with nothing but a phone flashlight) with no support! - as two young girls alone traveling was not good enough. Quite an unfriendly reception but thought all would sort itself out in the morning but didn’t. Entertainment: The website states that there is entertainment and activities throughout the day yet there was nothing but an hour entertainment in the evening. Where the standard was below average. The only thing there to do was pay to hire paddle boards (not a problem but when being advertised that there is entertainment this shouldn’t be the only option). Room: As stated in the booking confirmation (as two friends) we booked a twin room. Yet upon arrival was presented with a normal double room. The room also presented no privacy as the toilet and shower door into the main room was see through and had a large gap when closed. In between the toilet room and the shower room there was nothing but a see through window which if you were in a couple would have been okay but not as friends! With the sink being in the main bedroom you had to be careful of this privacy difficulty! With this in mind the shower door had a large gap leading water to constantly run all over the floor (through the provided shower mat), which was difficult to manage - we did notice prior water damage on the walls from this. Also arriving late we expected a mini bar in the room, we were greeted to an empty fridge with two small 330ml bottles of water. With out of date long life milk provided, leaving clumpy bits in a morning coffee that we were exited to have! :( WiFi: General WiFi in this hotel is shocking … you struggle to even send a simple WhatsApp message it’s so weak and choppy! So make sure to purchase phone data packages prior to arrival! Due to our room being located in what can be described as an “outhouse” the WiFi did not even stretch to our bedroom room! Which is utterly unacceptable (again as two young girls traveling was scary and when at the time we had no signal, no data and no WiFi! - no way to contact home or anyone in an emergency!) Food: Even though chefs and waiting staff were lovely and definitely deserve more praise and couldn’t do enough for you, the lovely food was ruined by lukewarm buffet heaters. With often reused stale bread. With awful, cheap tasting coffee provided - however we understand this can be depending on taste. Check-out: Checkout time was 11am with our tran

My first holiday with EasyJet and cannot fault the entire experience. The hotel location was magical and the staff were friendly and helpful. A huge selection of various delights at the restaurant buffet every day catering for every taste. I would without a doubt booked there again.
