Tui Sensimar Don Pedro

We had an amazing time at this hotel celebrating a birthday with 12 other friends. The check in (slightly complicated due to number of guests) was faultless and well handled by very competent receptionists as was check out. The rooms were all sea facing and spotlessly clean and could not be faulted. The lunch and dinner buffet offered an extensive choice of alternatives and was well managed by the catering staff who ensured that we were all seated together at meal times. Great night time entertainment, we will be back.

Hotel is small but nice, rooms are also small with limited storage. Pool towel deposit 2hjhxbis normal but had to pay extra €1 if you wanted a fresh towel. Also extra to use in room safe even on all inclusive. very limited choice of all inclusive cocktails. Spa is just a sauna you have to book in advance and treatments which of course are also extra. We went at the last week of the season which might explain some of the limited services but we didn't pay any less but got less. If you want a quiet resort away from the busy town's and don't plan on much sightseeing then fine but I would onky rate this hotel as a 3* compared to 4*'s I've been to in Majorca previously.

Fabulous location. Modern, clean hotel. Rooms bright and airy. Staff were friendly and helpful from the receptionists to Gustav and Agnes the chefs who went out of their way to accommodate. The housekeeping was very good. Food was excellent. Entertainment low key but that certainly did not impact the stay as the location quite spectacular. The Globales don pedro is definitely worth visiting. Puerto Pollenca is a short bus ride away.

Tranquil hotel with stunning views of both the sea and mountains. Good location for walking, cycling and snorkeling. The room was clean and well maintained however it was very narrow and had a fusty smell about it. The staff were all really good, cheerful, polite and hard working. They spoke good English and understood well and were helpful. The food was average at best. I have eaten better at other 4* hotels. Just low quality cheap meat, cheap cheese and ham. Obviously saving costs. Also only given 4 tea bags and 4 sachets of coffee, 4 milks for 2 weeks. Just made it a faff to have a drink before breakfast which opened at 8 am. Gym and sauna were nice but no water in the vicinity. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but felt it was very much a DIY holiday. The smell was not due to lack of cleaning it came deep from the fabric of the building. We had to constantly keep our door open. This is the only reason I would not return.

Beautiful view, very friendly and helpful staff, very quiet at this time of year, and you take your chances on the weather at the end of the season, so if your looking for somewhere to unwind and relax then this is the place .
