We loved the place, great location, great food and friendly service. This is one of the places you can really relax, no children around making noise. Service is excellent from all the teams; reception, buffet, cleaners, everyone very friendly and helpful. Already missing our staying and hope to be back soon.

The only thing that cannot be faulted is the location, the hotel overlooks a lovely beach, right on the water. Everything else was incredibly average/poor. Our room was small, a bit damp, and overlooked a car park, the amenities in the room were lacking - for example we were provided with a robe which was missing the tie, no slippers or toiletry products. The food was terrible, so despite paying for all inclusive we ate out for most meals. The ceiling was leaking in multiple spots throughout the hotel, so buckets of water everywhere which wasn’t very nice. Nothing to write home about, wouldn’t return.

Good clean hotel, if you want a relaxing holiday this is the place. Just look out for water leaks as the plumbing could do with some updates.

Just back from an amazing week at this hotel wow where do we start, 1stly the hotel looks amazing so modern. On arrival at check-in we wer greated by the most friendliest receptionist ever then handed a glass of champagne each wow. Went to our rooms and amazed by the size and space inside then out to our Seaview balcony OMG the views were breathtaking see pics. Next to all staff from cleaners to barstaff to catering staff so friendly and so helpful rooms cleaned every day clean towels every day we went all inclusive food was amazing plenty to choose from and drink flowed as many times you wanted it entertainment was brilliant every night I'd rate this place 10/10. But anyone looking a lively place to go to this isn't the place not many bars or restaurants but we were looking a quite holiday to recharge our batteries and this was the place for us thank you for a great week away can't wait to book and see you again xx

It was a very successful stay. Two people in our group had birthdays and received wine as a gift from the hotel - that was very nice. Perfect place for a lazy vacation. I would gladly return.
