All the staff have been very friendly throughout my stay. However the hotel is not what is expected of a 4 star.
Suits more to a 3 star.
The pool part is not bad. But the facilities show that they date from a few years ago.

Just wondering if anybody would have a photo of the view from a Standard Double Room Balcony? We stayed previously in a Partial Sea View room. Just wondering if it is really worth the extra few Euro to stay in the Partial Sea View again this year!

Would highly recommend this hotel, food is very good and ALL of the staff are amazing ! I’ve never been to a hotel where all of the staff from the cleaners to the bar staff are so friendly , it made our holiday. Could not criticise anything, close to bars and shops, 5 minutes walk to the beach , fantastic location

Great hotel, with friendly staff. Bright and clean. Day time activities round the pool. Evening entertainment. Fantastic location. Bars and restaurants 1 min walk away and the beach a 2 min walk. Definitely recommend. Always go in October, weather quite good.

Wow ! This hotel has the worst food of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. A real shame that this otherwise good hotel is let down by the poor quality food , all the meats are well overcooked, the choices available barely change from one night to the next . I think anyone that thinks the awful food is good must be more interested in Quantity rather than Quality. Other guests who we’ve befriended also agree and like us they wouldn’t come back here . Excellent location though and very clean .

WOW ! I’ve read a number of reviews and I really don’t understand the ‘odd ‘ bad one ? Choosing this hotel was a last minute get away and we are so happy we came here. From the minute we walked in and we were checked in by Miguel a Spanish Liverpudlian, to the minute we left 7days later……outstanding ! We were All Inclusive, the food was amazing so much choice and my husband was very happy as chicken breast is his favourite meat and there it was every lunch and evening dinner. On our last day we did go to the pool bar where we had a lovely lunch. All the staff go out of their way, everyone are so friendly. The room had plenty of wardrobe/shelves and drawers, and was large enough to accommodate our cases after we had unpacked. The location is excellent being right in the centre of Cala D, Or and also near a beach if that’s what you like. Plenty of sun beds, parasols etc and the weather was excellent. Just one day the animation team put the music on very loud, it was clubbing music, so totally out of context for the age group there, I popped to reception and within 15 minutes the music was turned off, their motto if the customer is not happy then management is not happy. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back. It’s been utter bliss.

We have stayed many times over the years. Firstly when it was a family hotel and we took our son. Now our son takes his own partner, so we love it here. The staff are very friendly and always welcome you back. Being adult only is a bonus for us nowadays.
