We have just returned from a weeks holiday as a family of four. We stayed in a two bedroom family room. The room was a decent size with two separate single beds in one bedroom and the main bed in the main part of the hotel room leading out onto the balcony. The room was clean and the bathroom of a good size. There is a fridge, microwave and kettle in the room. We went on a room only basis and this meant we didn't use many of the hotel's facilities. We would have liked to have used the pool but unfortunately sunbeds were reserved well before 7 and the pool didn't open until 10. The pool was small and packed out. It was a bit of a let down to be honest. Also we got a pool view room which sounds lovely but is very noisy. The pool maintenance guys pressure washing right under our bedroom window at 7 in the morning was to say the least very annoying. A major plus to this hotel was its location. It is 2 minutes walk from Cala gran beach which is where we spent most of our time. The restaurants, bars and shops were a 5 minutes walk away. There is a lovely little cafe on the corner near the hotel where they do takeaway pizza. We took our pizza and sat on the beach at sunset which was beautiful. The marina was about a 25 minute walk from the hotel and was worth a visit. Overall it's a good hotel with a great location it just wouldn’t be somewhere we would return to because of a few issues.

Hotel 100% recomendable. Estuvimos 4 días y fue una sorpresa. Tanto las instalaciones como las habitaciones tenían una limpieza impecable. La calidad de la comida del buffet muy variads, para todos los gustos. Probamos los restaurantes a la carta y superó nuestras expectativas. Agradecer a todo el personal su maravillosa atención. Volveremos!!

It would have maybe been a 5 if they had enough sun loungers for the number of rooms they had, and stuck to the 30 minute policy. We had to get up at 6am to secure sun loungers. One day we had secure our 3 sun loungers and behind us was 3 empty sun loungers, two with an inflatable lylo & one had a towel. The lylo blew off the 2 due to the wind and left free which a family took. The family who had secure these bed arrived back at 16.30.

ch bin sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel Prinsotel Alba. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und das Essen hat uns begeistert – wir haben es geliebt! Ich kann dieses Hotel besonders für Familien mit Kindern sehr empfehlen. Der Direktor und sein Assistent waren stets präsent und haben sich um alles gekümmert. Es war eine tolle Reise. Vielen Dank!

Super hôtel très proche de la plage, des commerces. Établissement familial. Équipe souriante. L’hôtel dispose d’une salle de sport très bien équipée, d’une piscine, de jeux pour enfants, de 2 restaurants, 1 snack, 1 foodtruck, un bar et d’un Spa où vous serez accueillis par GHANIA très gentille, agréable et souriante. Nous pouvons aussi souligner la super expérience au restaurant PICCO dont on a pu profiter avec la demi pension +. Très belle expérience dont on se souviendra! De belles vacances pour déconnecter et profiter en famille.

We love the Prinsotel hotel. We’ve come back again, and once more we had a fantastic stay with our family. The staff are absolutely lovely – so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, close to everything we need. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Buen hotelLimpieza de las habitaciones correcta y buffet variado y agradable. Nuestra habitación pegada a un mini campo de fútbol en el que los clientes del hotel no paran de jugar al fútbol. Imposible descansar y dormir, ni a la hora de la siesta ni por las noches. Incluso a las dos y tres de la mañana oyendo pelotazos y gritos… Especial mención a una camarera muy desagradable llamada Carina que pidiéndole todo por favor y con una sonrisa parece que te perdona la vida.
