Inturotel Esmeralda Park

Service is terrible at breakfast and in restaurants. The manager at breakfast was so RUDE to us because we joined 3 tables together to have breakfast as a group (we had a birthday for a little 3 years old girl). Talking to us like we are his staff or friends not as guests. This manager should not be in hospitality and have no clue about service or hospitality. Manager at beach restaurant refuse to split a bill payment just the total to 3 payments, because it’s inconvenient and will take a long time according to him (it took less than 1 minute) Next day we went to the restaurant from your hotel across the road with the same menu, again staff seem to be annoyed by questions or request. We were 4 families and paid a lot of money for rooms and F&B but felt unappreciated by most of your service staff. Service for drinks was good in front of the stage during the night (they are short on staff but at least polite and friendly) The rest really your service was terrible. Also not enough beach lounges around and the beach is over crowded.

We stayed at a studio in building N for 2 nights. The room is newly renovated and very comfortable with lots of storage space and easy access to the car park, although you could hear some noises in the morning when the staff started to clean the rooms. The breakfast buffet is really convenient with great see views. However the food options aren’t as rich as I’d expect and I am a bit disappointed by the taste of the coffee and juices. The best part of living here is definitely the beach access where you can swim/snorkel in the sea (there are many fishes!), lying on the sun bed and go back to your room to take a shower easily.

Saved by beach club, disappointing view from room and mediocre breakfast….rooms also unremarkable, although very clean, just didn’t feel special compared to other places we’ve stayed for similar price, staff friendly and parking very good, quiet area too was a bonus so good nights sleep. Young Toni in beach club very good. But sadly don’t think we would book again

I don't usually write reviews but I felt the customer service was really poor on this occasion. We stayed in August 2025 for a week. Had a great week the views from the pool area to the beach are beautiful. Pool area/bar is fabulous. On our last night after hearing some scraping earlier in the day we seen a RAT tail come through the air vent over the kitchen area. They checked the vent but said it was no longer there that it had moved down the vent.... (so to another room?) I asked to make a formal compliant as I felt the situation wasn't handled serious enough. They said to return in the morning at 8am the supervisor would be there. We had our 7 month old with us who had just gone to bed so we didn't want to disturb him as we were travelling home the next day. We threw all food out that was in the kitchen and held tight for the morning. Went to reception in the morning. Was told supervisor would not be in until 9am. Asked if we could have breakfast covered for us as we threw food out. They said no we had to wait until 9am. So we were supposed to wait to feed our baby? I thought this was ridiculous and the staff member I was dealing with was quite rude. We just checked out I was disgusted at that stage. Never contacted since. Its an expensive place to stay. For that it should have appropriate pest control/ customer service. Ants are also an issue and couches could do we a good deep clean/steam

We were so close to changing hotels due to the reviews leading up to our holiday, we are so glad we didn’t. The location was fabulous and the views were amazing. Always managed to get a sunbed at 9:00am- in fact we managed to get the same ones each day for the duration of our stay, and were always loads available at this time, never had any issues with towels being removed when we went for dinner or to the sea- but we weren’t next to the pool. The L shaped sofa actually turned into 2 beds, my kids slept well and said it was a goods nights sleep. We booked directly with the hotel with the cancellation booking and had no issues in changing from 7 to 5 nights. On arrival we had a cot in our room and only 3 towels for the 4 of us, within 10 minutes of arrival the cot was removed and new towels provided- the cleaners kept the apartment clean and changed towels daily if placed in the shower. The beach towels could only be changed 3 times a week at certain times. Can’t comment on food or night time activities as we were self catering and were out in the town each evening. The gym was well equipped and not too busy. There is an onsite laundrette but this was expensive- 7 euro per wash- and was told that the washing powder was already inside the machines but clothes weren’t clean properly when they came out. Yes the pools were busy but not too bad for a quick dip, and getting into the sea was good too. If we were to come back to Cala dor we would definitely stay here again

Great hotel. Clean, modern and a beautiful setting. The staff work really hard. It’s spotless and they are all polite and cheerful. Can’t fault it.
