Immer wieder gern kommen wir uns Cala' Azul Garden. Dieses Jahr waren wir zum fünften und bestimmt nicht letzten Mal dort. Das Hotel ist super, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The city and placement of the hotel is great! Hotel looks beautifull on the outside and pool erea is great. However the inside needs upgrading, there was traces of fungus inside the room and my allergies got really bad when inside the room. We ended up with keeping the AC on when not in the room and earing out as soon as we got inside and that helped. We are not the kind of people to complain so we didnt tell the staff about this and figured out on our own. The stay was all in all a good trip and Cala d’Or is a beautifull place to stay both with and without kids.

The room was nice and spacious and the balcony and AC was great. The room wasn’t very clean when we arrived and the room turn overs weren’t great. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and the fridge was not clean either.
We were disappointed that the sheets were only changed once a week, we asked for extra sheets and were given them no problem, so it was ok in the end.
We really enjoyed the pool, I’m not sure if it was heated but it was definitely warm every day. The hotel is also about a 15 min walk from some amazing restaurants and bars and very close to a lovely beach. The hotel was good and staff were super lovely, cleanliness was the only thing that let it down.

Great location for a family holiday
We enjoyed our time here and in particular enjoyed the area around the hotel. It is very well located walking distance from beautiful Calas and restaurants.
The hotel itself is a bit dated but worked perfectly fine, perhaps not as glamorous but good value for money. We really loved the pool area and the kitchenette in the suite, we were able to save some money cooking our own meals. We also loved having access to the sister hotels, a 5 min walk away which were on the waterfront. We recommend the grocery store “Mercadona” if you have a car.
Our only criticism is that upon arrival, there is no real “entrance” to the hotel if you have a car. GPS took us to a back entrance next to garbage cans, and we had to walk in next to the pool because reception was located in the middle of the hotel, sort of an odd entrance. We were coming off a very long and stressful travel day and some signage for reception would have been nice.
We found staff somewhat indifferent but I supposed that is to be expected at a larger hotel chain. The cleaning staff were great however.

All you need for a family holiday
Really clean hotel with everything you needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of sun loungers. The hotel was really quiet and in a great location. The resort had excellent facilities. The beds and pillows could be a little more comfortable though.

Nothing to fault, comfy rooms, large pool for a small hotel, very quiet and peaceful, loads of sunbeds you could always find one in a shady or sunny spot, we were self catering but the bar was good with nice drinks and good snacks, slightly expensive but so were the restaurants nearby. Beach was amazing, would highly reccomend cala esmeralda beach over cala ferrera as the water was much clearer. Overall great stay

We had a room with a pool view on the third floor. Worth paying for one of those. Pool area is great for kids. Plenty of sunbeds and a life guard on duty. Hotel was beginning to enforce not reserving sunbeds with towels - which is a good thing! Pool side bar for lunch/ drinks/ ice creams. Room was a good size and plenty of towels/ hot water. I would advise bringing mosquitoe spray for the area. Fabulous buffet breakfast available at nearby sister hotel a short walk away. We much preferred staying here and accessing facilities as necessary. Pool so much bigger at this hotel. Close to beach coves and nearby restaurants good. Can walk to centre. Spar supermarkets for essentials close by.

The pool facilities and bar were really good but the hotel room was dirty! The kitchen was tired and not pleasant to the eye at all. Both bathrooms in our room were filthy! Around both baths was dirt marks that could have been easily cleaned when we arrived. It made us not look forward to returning to our room.
