Calidad del lugar super bien un 10, y sobretodo la seguridad con los socorristas, en especial Marc y Colau, son los mejores, mi sobrino se ahogaba y Colau salto y lo salvo y luego nos hicimos amigos y le ayudaba a guardar la piscina, Grande Colau.

We stayed as a family of 4 for 5 days and we loved it. Staff are lovely room is clean and it is what you pay for. The food was ok.the breakfast was a no for us is was like slop so we did eat out at a restaurant close by for breakfast. You get charged 1 euro per cup so just take disposable cups with you its more cleaner as I cant drink from them cups they have at the bar. Pool and entertainment are brilliant for kids. The onsite shop is good its not over priced and as everything you need. The gym is brilliant as well . There is allot of ants everywhere and we did come home with alot of bites but other than that we had a brilliant family holiday 😀

We arrived mid may for a week. We were greeted by Antonia at reception who has the best personality. So happy and really hyping the kids up for their stay. We had a basic one bed apartment. Apartment was spacious we loved the two balcony’s one at the front and one at the bedroom. We had a sea view which was lovely too. Plenty of drinks to choose from. Loads of choices for meals. We had a child with dietary needs and they went above and beyond for him. Will definitely return here.

The room smelt damp , the beds were damp when we driven at 10.30 in the evening, the next morning my wife's clothes had loads of ants in them The food was really bad we have done AI for years and this was the worst we lived on chip rolls The staff were very good , particularly the bar staff especially Lucho

what can i say from start to finish the staff at this hotel we amazing , as we checked i the people at reception saw that we had my mother in law with us who has walking issues , straight away they explained that the studio that we had booked probably wouldnt be suitable, we had a look before we checked and and they moved my mother in law to a ground floor with no issues what so ever, after checking in the rooms we had an issue that needed repairing , reported it and within 10 mins someone was there to fix it , Food was good , standard all inclusive with something for everyone, staff were great in the restaurant, The evening entertainment was ok but the staff in the bar area were amazing , One gentleman (hope i got his name correct) Lucho went above and beyond to help us push my mother in law electric scooter back to reception when i broke and that thing was heavy ,

Would 100% recommend . Brilliant in evey way . Very Very good chef Alam always amazing top quality every time without fail ! Animation team very welcoming . Lifeguards very welcoming . Made it feel very personal intiracting with all the family especialy the kids remebring there first names always up for a laugh always smiling Overall loved our time will be back here in the future
