Location & Views: The property is situated directly by the sea with stunning Mediterranean vistas, offering easy access to nearby beaches, restaurants, and shops in Cala Egos.

Horrible experience. The room accommodation provided was unacceptable and posed serious health and safety risks to me and my children. We were assigned a ground floor room with outdated furniture, a strong smell of mold and dampness, no air conditioning, and worst of all, an infestation of cockroaches. From the moment we entered the room, we noticed ants and small insects. We asked to change the room, but we were told we had to pay an additional €40. Unfortunately, after 10 PM, dozens of large kitchen cockroaches began appearing throughout the room – on the walls, curtains, kitchen furniture, and even around the beds and sofa. My children were terrified and unable to sleep, and neither could we. It was a truly distressing and unhygienic situation. We have taken multiple photos and videos as evidence of the infestation and the poor state of the room. These conditions are absolutely unacceptable and do not meet even the most basic hygiene standards. We only stayed one night, but it was a nightmare. We strongly believe this hotel should be urgently inspected by spanish authorities, thoroughly sanitized, and possibly closed until proper hygiene measures are implemented! Please, if you care about your health, avoid this location!!!
