친절하고 귀여운 직원들과 너무나도 아름다운 호텔과 뭐하나 빠지는것 없이 완벽했습니다!

Superb hotel which delivers in spades on experience. The staff are a credit to the hotel always pleasant, available and helpful. The interior is beautifully maintained, cleaned and is just the laid back Majorcan style we love. Yes, you have to queue for 30 mins to gain access and get you bed overlooking Cala Esmeralda for the day … fairest way and nobody has yet been disappointed. Never mind the naysayers, we’re booked again for June 25!

Although the stay was good, I feel like the staff and property could’ve offered more for the price they charged us. We had to take our bags to the room, no help whatsoever and not even a welcome drink. I also dined at the the buffet one night and it was hard to get someone to get us a bottle of water.

Really loved this property. Pools , grounds and spa are all very phenomenal. Food was just ok. Could definitely find something to eat but it just was not high quality. It would be nice if they offered a breakfast only option instead of half board, breakfast was significantly better than dinner. Rooms were not that sound proof, if you are a light sleeper plan for that.

Nie platz beim schwimmbad, preise für apérol spritz wucher. 12,5 euro. Essen im sehr lauten und ungemütlichen restaurant sehr ausbaufähig. Wellnessbereich nicht entlüftet, etwa 40°c überall, nur mit badehose oder bikini erlaubt. Nicht angenehm wenn die Leute danach mit schweiß vollgesogenem bikini in den pool springen. Liegen von handtuchlegern besetzt. Schwimmbad beim meer erst um 1000 geöffnet, war nötig ab 930 an zu stehen um überhaupt ne Liege im total überfüllten bereich zu bekommen. Nie wieder

Myself and my cousin stayed for a relaxing girls trip. It was close to the gorgeous beach, as well as lovely views, nice atmosphere, and very welcoming. Would come and visit in the future.
