Inturotel Esmeralda Garden

Excellent apartments, clean & spacious. Very comfortable beds. Lovely warm & informative check in. Staff always so friendly and helpful. Always space around the pool. Location was perfect. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning. We had a wonderful stay and the only negative we would say would be the price of drinks at pool bar which we found to be a little more expensive than anywhere else in the area but as we were self catering & could bring drinks from the room it really wasn’t a issue. Plus so close to everything and we spent most of our time exploring the many beautiful beaches all within walking distance.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel (frequent traveller we go abroad and cruises 4 /5 times a year) Having stayed for 10 nights with a infant and teenager reasons why I wouldn’t recommend or stay here again - upon arrival no information given on surrounding area, hotel chain and where facilities were including shared facilities at sister hotel - patio doors wouldn’t lock reported to reception to be told can’t be fixed that night - this was reported an hour after arrival these security features should be checked before given to new guests I asked what the solution was as we had a small child and a teen to be told nothing and they have security (didn’t see security once during our stay) so that night myself and partner had to do a stay awake shift - the whole stay the drain smell in the bathroom was foul nothing changed - the pool area baby pool had missing tiles and sharp edges nothing was repaired during the stay - for a family hotel there was not one bit of entertainment during the day for a hotel full of children - we later discovered there was stuff on at sister hotel from another guest which was a ten minute walk away - the staff at reception and in hotel had little to say no customer service throughout the stay they didn’t even say hello when passing - we booked this holiday having loved Cala dor and with a reputable company was so disappointed by the hotel Feel like the sister hotels are the focus

My family and I stayed in Esmeralda Gardens for 2 weeks in the school summer holidays. We had a lovely time and would recommend staying if you have a family, the rooms are clean, beds are comfy, air con is great, everything you need is in walking distance. Turn left out the front gate and fo to Suma supermarket, it has everything for self catering needs. Having said this, the cooking facilities in the hotel rooms aren't the best, and we found it difficult to cook more than beans on toast! So ate out 90% of the time. Like people say, you can hear the bar over the road until about 11ish at night, but if you ask for a room round the back you can hardly hear anything and we didnt find it a problem!? The pool is great, plenty of beds, shallow enough for small children. Access is difficult of you have a pushchair or mobility issues as the only way to it is down 5 steps. We saw 2 lifeguards whilst there, one was amazing, one was miserable! Reception staff are helpful 80% off the time depending on who was working - the younger staff where great, booking taxis for us and telling us the best spots to visit. The older lady there needs to find another job not working with people! All in all we had a fantastic holiday 😀

This is our second time staying at esmerelda gardens. The location is perfect and the hotel is clean. The pool snack bar serves really nice food and drinks. The hotel was busy as it is the school holidays but we could always get a sunbed. The only improvement I would suggest is to upgrade the rooms as these are a little dated but they are clean and have everything you need for self catering. We love this hotel and Cala d’or and will most likely be returning next year too 😊😊

Decent hotel, but terrible location in relation to the extremely loud karaoke bar next door. It played really loud every night. If only there had been good music and singers, but drunk people who can't sing. It takes a lot away from the character. Should be in the description of the hotel.
