Our experience at this hotel was far below the standard you’d expect from a 4-star establishment. From the moment we arrived, things started to go wrong. Check-in took over an hour, with no clear communication or apology for the delay. When we finally got to our room, we were immediately hit by a strong smell of mould. On closer inspection, we could see visible mould deep inside the air conditioning unit – completely unacceptable for any standard of accommodation, let alone one claiming four stars. We requested to move rooms and were told there was no availability. Left with no other option, we removed our bags and waited in the hotel reception. Only after two hours of waiting were we finally offered another room. Sadly, the new room was not much better. There was visible rust in the bathtub, and to our shock, the room was infested with ants – they were on the beds, in the bathroom, and across the floor. It was incredibly unpleasant and far from hygienic. To make matters worse, the staff were unhelpful and often rude throughout the whole ordeal. There was little empathy or effort made to resolve the situation in a professional manner. This stay was incredibly disappointing and fell far below our expectations. I would not recommend this hotel and would advise others to consider alternative accommodation.

Horrible Stay
We rented an apartment for 4 nights. The first apartment we got was falling apart, literally. The air conditioning had fell down on the floor. One night lamp was missing, the other lamps was stained and rusty. The fire alarm was beeping etc. So we got a new apartment, just as bad. The kitchen was so dirty we didn’t even use it. It was rusty and dusty, it also attracted bugs. The air conditioner didn’t work. We let reception know about the air conditioner not working, the fridge was a freezer, and how dirty the place was. They didn’t clean it and didn’t fix it. They also didn’t compensate us or did anything to help at all really. We were met with an annoyed condescending manager and helpless employees. The cue in reception is about 30min to an hour long no matter what time of day you go there. Would not recommend.

Family of 4, three adults and one child aged 9. We have just returned after a 6night AL stay at BLUESEA Cases Dor. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with lounge/kitchen. It was spacious and clean however sleeping on the sofa/bed in the lounge was not the most pleasant experience, I woke up each morning with backache. The bathroom sink/shower water was salty which we didn’t like, the bath would overflow when showering and it took some time to drain each time. With regards to the hotel amenities, there was two nice sized pools as well as a indoor swimming area (which we didn’t use), entertainment each evening which was ok as well as a pool table/ping pong table, which we enjoyed playing. (Both could do with updating/replacing broken/ripped bats/table) With regards to the AL option, all I can say is there wasn’t a huge amount of choice and the food was hit and miss. Personally, whilst it made it easier I didn’t enjoy the food and would have preferred eating out. With regards to the alcohol, the beer was fine but other alcoholic beverages were not so good so we didn’t benefit from having AL. We ordered pizza on one occasion which was nice. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The location was pretty good, it was quiet this time of year. we walked plenty each day and enjoyed seeing the sights, discovering new little beaches, the Marina, Cala D’or centre. Overall we enjoyed the break and relaxation.

The apartment we stayed in was clean and modern, aircon in the bedroom worked but not the one in living room, but with it being October we didn't really need that one . Plenty of pool areas to choose from and loads off sunbeds . We were all inclusive and was worth paying for. Food was good plenty off choice and loads off drinks too choose from aswell. Staff were friendly and worked hard. So close to the beach it's a 5 minute walk away. Plenty of places to eat and drink at in cala egos . Definitely recommend going into cala d'or for the evening too! good vibe and buzzing atmosphere. I would recommend this hotel/ apartments and I would stay here again.

We had an apartment set back in a quiet area of the complex which was great for us as some parts were very noisy. It did take us a while to find it some more signs would have been helpful. The apartment itself was spacious a seperate bedroom from the living/dining area. There were hobs for cooking and enough cooking utensils. Something I realised pretty early on is you can't drink the tap water in Mallorca but luckily there's plenty of shops around the area to pick up provisions. The real bonus is the balcony overlooking the pool. Lovely place to sit and eat/drink/chat all through the day and evening. The pool was great plenty of loungers around. We had a pizza at the onsite pizzeria which was delicious. Plenty of good places to eat and drink around and the beach just a 10 minute walk away with regular boat trips which was a great find on our last day. The best thing however is the staff who were really helpful with attending to our needs. Much appreciated.

Been here for 2 and a half days. Food is making us sick. Have had 3 accounts of ant infestations. They couldn’t care less, said housekeeping would come in to clean the room and told me to go. Slept upstairs to avoid keeping my friend awake and felt something crawling on my skin, I look in the corner to see 7/8 dozen ants crawling around. I tried purchasing and using ant killer/repellant across the room did nothing. Could recommend anywhere else in Spain to visit, apart from here, never again.

Have just returned from a week here with my husband and mum. Prior to travelling I emailed the hotel to request 2 ground floor rooms next to each other due to my mum's mobility, I fully get it was only a request but when we arrived at 3am we was both at different ends of the pool, so not even really close, I spoke to reception the following morning and there was nothing they could do. Was told to return each day to see if one of us could be moved closer, but that meant living out our cases and up routing through the week. The aircon in mum's bedroom was not working which we reported and nothing was done to fix, she had a member of staff come out to look but never returned. Water in the rooms was all salt water including the shower, which was a little confusing but not an issue. The luggage room we had to pay €4 for 4 hours to store our cases. I've never know that in all the hotels I've stayed in. Nice location to shops and restaurants. 1 bed apartments were nice and spacious with patio out onto the pool area, had kettle, toaster, fridge. Bar and restaurant staff very friendly and helpful , very hard working. You pay €1 for a cup on AI and each time you get a drink they change for a fresh one, you get euro back when you leave although we left ours as a tip AI food was as you would expect, just depends on what you like to eat. Safe costs €6.50 refundable deposit and €15 charge. Overall a good hotel and week away

Fuimos una semana El hotel está muy bien en comparación al blue sea de Canarias que estaba bastante viejo Este estaba muy bien la terraza es grande el salón también, un buen sofá la cocina bien para lo que es, es suficiente, me faltó un microondas que algunas habitaciones tenían y otras no La comida bien se podría poner más variedad pero está bien Tiene 3 piscinas grandes y bien cuidadas, los jardines también La animación está muy bien aunque a las 4 acaban que podrían estirar un poco las actividades hasta que abran el comedor para los días que estás allí, pero los chicos de animación geniales, ALEX muy simpático y divertido y buen bailarín!!! los demás muy bien también CINTYA PABLO LUKAS y MEDIJIN todos se animan a todo lo hacen muy bien par animar a la gente a hacer cosas a que estés contento encantados con la animación, aunque la única pega son los espectáculos tanto de ellos como los externos ya que está todo dedicado a los extranjeros y por mucho que sean la mayoría estamos en España si nosotros vamos para allá no nos va a hablar español ni el tato, habia dias que no entendiamos nada, nos sentiamos como si los de fuera fueramos nosotros y esque estamos en ESPAÑA , pero bueno por el resto genial si alguna vez podemos volver a mallorca repetiremos hotel!
