Hotel Rocamarina

Disappointed that there is no food available for late arrivals, and as a lone traveller the first contact with reception was quite poor I was prepared to overlook the faded corridor carpets, and foisty damp smelling drawers. However it was unacceptable that the toilet leaked water all over the bathroom floor on 2 occasions during the night. The 2nd time was particularly bad as it was the last night. The toilet was difficult to access without ruining footwear, and I was unable to shower until late morning. I politely enquired at reception about some refund/compensation of the money I'd paid to keep the room a few extra hours. After much behind the scenes discussion I was given 7 euros! The response was "problems happen, and it was fixed, what more do you want!" Yes problems occur, but how you deal with them is the mark of good hotel. I emailed management, on return home but had no reply. Not good!

Absolutely lovely hotel Staff are amazing, Foods is very very nice an I’m a fussy eater there’s something for everyone It’s our 4th year an we just love how relaxed it is Can’t wait to return Lovey beach 5 mins away If you want a nice chilled holiday this is the hotel

We were not disappointed by anything with this excellent 4 star hotel, very clean, friendly staff, location round the corner from Cala egos & across the road was a lovely beach. Adult only so was quiet around the pool & garden areas with plenty of sunbeds even in July. Breakfast had plenty of choice and fresh. A walk to go to marina & just over 6 euro to go into Cala d'Or centre, could walk it but very hot this time of year. Wine & chocs in room with a large bottle of water & sun hats & beach bag plus beach towels all included. Some very nice touches. We left at 1am for our transfer & a special mention had to go to the receptionist whom made a coffee for us while we waited & then she waved us off in the luxury coach. All in all, excellent.

What can I say!!!…this hotel rocamarina is the best me and my partner have stayed in 😀 The staff go above and beyond to make your stay very welcome,and the rooms are fantastic,and spacious! As for the food,well 150% outstanding Would recommend anyone to stay here,if holidaying in Cala d’or We will definitely 100% are going back to stay here,thankyou so much to all the staff at rocamarina,for making our holiday perfect😊🤗❤️

I stayed here recently and the receptionists and maids were so friendly and lovely! However, I wish I could say the same for the bar staff.. they were rude and had an attitude problem. On a few occasions they spoke about my friends and I in front of our faces and laughed about us and refused to give us ice and enough cups for our party group even when we paid for overpriced drinks. The breakfast selection was great and has options for everyone.
