Insalubre et bruyant à ne pas retenir
Dès l’accueil, il a été difficile de se faire comprendre en français, Pour les activités impossible de savoir ce qu’il y avait.
L’appartement était envahi de fourmis que nous avons ramené dans les valises jusqu’en France !
Le personnel est bruyant ce qui nous a réveillé des 8h00 du matin !
Je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel bruyant et insalubre.

Rigtig fint ophold for vores familie med mindre børn. Alt fungerende rigtig fint. God rengøringsstandard. Overraskende meget underholdning i løbet af dagen og i sær om aftenen. Placeringen er også rigtig fin - tæt på strand og aftenens byliv. Maden i restauranten var vi ikke så begejstrede for, så vi lavede bare selv eller tog på restaurant, men det var også fint. Kunne sagtens finde på at tage tilbage!:-)

The pool facilities were great for the family. The sunbeds could be tricky to get in a good position unless youre prepared to get up early but we always mamaged to get sunbeds somewhere so can't complain. Entertainment was great and staff and aevice really good too. You can walk to two beaches and the town/square but is located in a quiet area. Will look to visit again!

A lovely hotel with clean rooms. It was in a great location for the beach and centre of town. There were a variety of food options too. The only negative encounter that we had was with an elderly waiter who was rude and pressurised us into buying drinks at the meal. His customer service skills were abrupt and he came across as being rude. However, all other staff were fantastic and the hotel itself was great. The kids Animation Team for the children was also brilliant.

It's a lovely, relaxed place with an excellent pool for kids. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff is pleasant, and most speak good English. Breakfast is recommended, but dinner is a bit hit and miss. It's situated in a beautiful area with plenty of restaurants, pubs, and small coves nearby. Stayed on the third floor - a big mistake. No water for a shower in the evening on three of the seven nights we stayed there. Complaints were met with - we can't do anything about it - no pressure from the main supply - we have contacted the authorities but ... Apparently it only affected the third floor. Compensation of dinner and breakfast on our last day did little for us. By all means, go and enjoy but don't take a room on the third floor.

This was our first time vising cala d'or and we chose these apartments based on other people's reviews. We are so glad we did. The apartments are absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived everything about our stay was brilliant. We stayed in room 004, the apartment overlooked the pool and was absolutely spotless with lots of space and a huge balcony. The whole complex is very clean and tidy and it's clear the staff take great pride in the place. Everyone is very friendly and nothing is too much trouble, big shout out to the lovely Rudy who has now sadly retired. The breakfast was fantastic possibly one of the best we have had anywhere we have been. The pool itself is lovely and the animation team were fantastic considering it was end of season they still spent all day every day keeping the kids entertained. Location is perfect literally 5 minutes walk to cala gran beach and cala Esmeralda. Now for the one bad part, on our arrival home we went straight on the hotels website to book again for next year but unfortunately we were unable to book again unless we booked two rooms as one of my two children turns 15 next year and the apartments have a crazy policy that over 14's is classed as an adult and they don't allow 3 adults and a child of 8 stay in one room. I find this ridiculous as at the age of 15 he's still a child which the sofa bed is absolutely ok for him. Unfortunately it means we will have to book elsewhere as l have no intention of splitting our two children up into different apartments. It's a real shame as we loved it here.
