Welcome to this charming villa, situated near the sea in Cala Millor. It accommodates 8 people. It features beautiful gardens, a fully furnished terrace, a balcony and an equipped porch. The house of 300 m2 is distributed over two floors.It has 4 bedrooms; two on the ground floor, one with three single beds and one with twin beds; and two on the 1st floor, one with double bed and one with twin beds. There are two bathrooms with bathtub; one on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor as well as a toilet on the ground floor. One cot and a highchair are available on request. The living room is very cozy and offers two sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV-Sat, a dining table with chairs and a fireplace. The independent kitchen with gas stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. Cala Millor area is a nice residential area on the east of Mallorca. It has a variety of sandy beaches and coves very close. In fact, Sa Caleta, is located just 50 meters from the apartment. You can make a long walk along the promenade and the beach, both right next to the property, to Cala Bona and fishing port. In about 3 Km, you can find the town of Son Servera, where you can visit the old town and find plenty of traditional Mallorcan restaurants. A few kilometers away are the towns of Arta, Capdepera and Porto Cristo. We recommend you to visit the caves of Drach and Hams. In the area of Cala Millor there is a safari and playgrounds for children and dring the night, there are a variety of pubs and bars. In the area of Cala Rajada, only 15 minutes drive, you will find nightclubs and nightlife. If you like are sports like golf, tennis or paddle tennis, the area is ideal, and if you like walking or cycling, there are very interesting and quiet routes such as visiting the Chapel of Arta, Cala Rajada´s lighthouse, etc. Pets are not allowed on the property.
