Myself, my partner and two children (3&5) had a brilliant 10 night stay. Couldn’t speak more highly of the place . The hotel is spotless. Food is very good for a 3 star hotel. ALL the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The entertainment team was great, especially Alex always smiling and joking. Cala Bona marina is a short stroll away where there some lovely restaurants, bars and shops. Counting down the days till we come back this summer!!

Отель хороший, персонал приветливый, завтрак тоже неплохой, соответствует своей цене. Некоторые мелочи:с огромным трудом спускалась вода в унитазе и полы в номере мыли за 6 дней один раз, постоянно был песок на полу, хотя комнату убирали каждый день.

We had the pleasure to stay at this wonderful hotel for 4 nights.
Rooms had been renovated during winter 2022 and they are in very nice. All interior was new. We had daily cleaning of the room which we did not expect. Fresh towells every day. We booked our stay with breakfast - and restaurant had a very nice buffet - we did not miss anything.
Staff is so friendly and helpful. Give Ferrer Hotel Isabel our warmest recommendation. Should be four Star - not three Star.

Went as a solo traveller last minute and booked with Jet2. I was unbelievably nervous as hadn't flown for 8 years and never travelled abroad alone. It's an aparthotel all the 'apartments' are built around the pool and recently renovated. From the minute I got there and tried my (very rusty) spanish out on the hotel staff I felt so comfortable. I had an apartment for 4 with pool view to myself! Everything you could possibly need was there. The pool was lovely, the food was amazing..I upgraded to half board and it was possibly the best hotel food I've ever had. I wasn't really impressed with the entertainment but it was the end of the season (hotel closes for the winter). Short stroll to Cala Bona with lovely marina and you can get a boat trip there various places along the coast which I did and jumped into the sea which was warm, clear and gorgeous. Further walk to Cala Millor which is busier (hotel offers courtesy bus) with a market (not impressed!) and more shops. All in all probably one of the best holidays I've had to this beautiful part of Mallorca! I can see why so many people return, I probably will too!!

I stayed here for one week in a Junior Suite on the ground floor, which was perfect as I'm not one for sea / pool views. I had a lovely big room, a real bonus for a single traveller, and it was nice to watch people go about their daily business. I even got a welcoming bottle of sangria, and the bottled water in the fridge was a nice touch. The pool area was also lovely, and I took advantage of the big pool, with sunbeds aplenty. Just a couple of slight negatives - bar snacks didn't seem to be available unless you were all-inclusive based, same for fruit juices at breakfast. Otherwise, the breakfasts were delicious, and the staff were also friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Fantastic hotel with great staff. Situated in the quieter area, but only a short picturesque walk to the marina where there are shops, bars and restaurants. Room was spotlessly clean, and had everything you could need, made service was daily. Hotel staff really friendly and mega helpful. Food was OK and plenty. This was my second visit and would highly recommended.

Clean and pleasant hotel located a short distance from the centre of Cala Bona. Safe and well lit walk to and from CB. Excellent rooms and pool area. Breakfast excellent with plenty of choice. Dinner does need a little work on variety. 7 days without paella!! Bar area and terrace very nice. Maid service was v good. All staff very polite and helpful. Worth another visit for sure

Amazing place very friendly staff very helpful great rooms food was 1st class couldn’t fault the hotel any way at all would go back anytime thank you too all staff towels change everyday rooms cleaned daily nothing is to much for them free bus service to local beach and town all in all a great hotel
