We were super excited about our choice of hotel even though we had cheaper options, but we saw from the photos and reviews that the place was quite nice and the accommodation was as we intended.
However, as soon as we arrived, we noticed a strong smell of humidity in the room and then we saw that the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work either, often leaving the whole environment damp after being used for a shower, for example, spending a lot of time like that.
Then we saw that the room heater also did not work on any of the days of our stay, and the temperature dropped and it was always cold at night.
We asked the hotel for 3X blankets, but no one came to deliver them to us. Finally, we had to personally go and order at the hotel reception located in another building. We were given a comforter and a cover to cover it ourselves. We saw later that the comforter was too small for two people.
We left the cover with the duvet to be covered by the cleaning staff the next day, but when we returned to the hotel at night, to our surprise even after the lack of attention to previous requests, the duvet was still without the cover and the cleaning staff had taken her away.
So, with the cold room, we ended up using the duvet without the cover even so as not to have, once again, to request some service that again would not be attended to.
The location of the hotel is really good, the staff was friendly, the size of the room too and it would have been great if everything was working, but in terms of customer support and we were cold every night of our stay, in addition to walking back and forth carrying duvets late at night back and forth was quite frustrating for the level of hotel we thought it was.
