Von einem Familien Hotel kann man nicht reden. Die Qualität des Essen ist sehr schlecht. Frisches Gemüse zerkocht.Obst ist nicht reif. Getränke nur aus Automaten. Nicht in einer Toilette sind Fusstritte für Kinder damit sie an das Waschbecken kommen, selbst in den Familienzimmer fehlen diese, jedesmal muss man einen Stuhl ins Bad stellen. Die Badeaufsicht ist keine Aufsicht, da sie es vorziehen nur auf das Privathandy zu achten. Also liebe Eltern achtet weiter auf eure Kids, die Badeaufsicht macht es nicht. Achja, Kidsclub auch so eine tolle Sache, kann nur über die App gebucht werden und leider meistens ausgebucht. Soetwas habe ich noch in keinem anderen Hotel erlebt. Wenn man den Bustransfer nutzen möchte, braucht man Zeit und Geduld, da eine Horde von Gästen alle gleichzeitig mitfahren wollen. Könnte man auch anders lösen. Das Abendprogramm für Kids ist nicht international, nicht jedes Kind spricht Englisch. Die Animateure rattern das Programm runter ohne die Kids, einfach nur schade. Ich könnte noch mehr negative Dinge aufzählen, aber.... Positiv war: wir hatten ein renoviertes Familienzimmer, Reinigungskräfte total lieb, ebenso die Kellner im Restaurant und in der Taverne. Meine Empfehlung für Familien : dies Hotel ist zu teuer und zu Familieunfreundlich

Great stay with my family in a fantastic resort. The dining room and bar staff are second to none. Lead by the amazing Pepa, her team are superb and very friendly while still being professional.

The all inclusive gives great value, the main buffet provides lots of choice and catered for all our families dietary requirements. Everything was very tasty and plentiful. The apartments are spacious and very clean. The main pool can get busy and loud at points but the whirlpool is a perfect quieter option. There are plenty of sunbeds available and the grounds are well maintained. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble.

This hotel is like a uk 3 star in amenities but it’s fantastic for a family holiday. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful with anything you need. The hotel is very clean, the pools are not huge but are great. The entertainments team in the day by the pool are fun and friendly. The buffet restaurant has an excellent variety and the staff there are brilliant too. We travelled with two dairy free people and the labelling is excellent which meant they knew exactly what they could eat.

Had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Pepa in the dining room (shes an absolute treasure!!). Great location, close to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Das Hotel ist absolut super. Sehr modern, absolut gutes Essen und ganz aufmerksames Personal. Ideal für Kinder. Das Barpersonal abends ist fantastisch und immer gut gelaunt. Ist bereits unser zweiter Besuch hier. Ich habe lange überlegt, was ich verbessern würde…. - die Wäscheständer auf den Balkonen sind zu klein 🤣 alles andere hier ist perfekt. Weiter so!
