De ninguna manera se trata de un hotel 5*. Muy abandonado. No hay sitio para aparcar a no ser que pagues el parking que es caro. Limpieza mal, hay muy poco personal y entiendo que no pueden llegar a lo q se espera de un 5*. Desayunos con muchas cosas pero de baja calidad. El zumo no es zumo. El bacon no es bacon, los croissants no lo son tampoco. Los trabajadores que nos encontramos muy bien todos, pero de ninguna manera cumple como hotel de 5*. Y mucho menos 5*SUP como indica en muchos sitios, empezando por la puerta de entrada a recepcion. El Spa bastante bien porque estuvimos prácticamente solos mi novia y yo ya que estaba vacío el hotel. Hoy en día se trata de un hotel de 3* con buen servicio de la gente de recepción , cafetería , spa… Y bonito visto desde fuera.

Had booked this hotel thinking it will be a good one, it does look great from the outside and the inside, me my wife and my son booked for 2 nights, got in the room turned the AC on waiting for the room to get cooled, suffered the night because they had a bad AC in that room, complained to the front desk and asked to check out and get our money back, she had to call the manager/ owner, he was nice and offered a replacement room/ junior suite room and offered us a dinner at the Italian restaurant next door, we thought it was nice of him, got the room Ac worked great, in the night went to the restaurant and guess what!! he wouldn’t pay for it because it’s either suffer another night in the no AC room and get the dinner 😂😂😂 or get the suite and no dinner, what a scam, too bad for this nice looking hotel that they are not that busy maybe because of the lack of service they have, I will try to dispute the suffering night payment! I won’t come back to this hotel!

I loved the look of this hotel from the outside & the lobby. It is so clean and so grand looking. However, when we landed the staff had very little English and to ask any questions was difficult. Also, we were the only people staying at the hotel. The pool was freezing & had a dead bird in it for the 2 days we were there. We went to the spa which was lovely but had a dead cockroach in reception. There was no food available the whole time, the bar was in darkness. Our room was spacious and clean with a good tv and lovely jacuzzi. Just quite strange how nobody stays here and there's no food or bar open due to this.
