The crown holtel is located in Downtown Cairo, which makes it easy to quickly get to the points of interest, either on foot or by taxi. Because it is situated on the 3rd floor on a small street, it is calm, which is not easy to find in a big city. It is clean, so that you can feel comfortable. Good free WiFi. Breakfast is excellent. The staff is very friendly and is helping whenever you ask for help. They are also helping to organize tours, for example to the pyramids, without pushing you to something. This is very pleasing, because normally, people want to urge you to buy their offers. When we come again to Cairo, we will definitely stay again in the Crown Hotel.

This was my second visit. After the first, I knew I wanted to come back! The rooms were clean, beautiful, comfortable and cozy. The staff was amazing! They were attentive, communicative, quite accommodating and were able to relay lots of information regarding surrounding areas, for example: places to eat, shop, sightsee. Thank you so much Yosef, Noorhan, Hadir, Ahmed, Sarah and Tony for helping to make our trip to Cairo UNFORGETTABLE!!! I hope to see you all again soon!

Wir haben 9 Tage in diesem schönen Hotel verbracht. Vom ersten Tag bis zum letzten Tag wurden wir von allen Mitarbeitern total verwöhnt . Dieses kleine saubere gut geführte Hotel ist eine Oase. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut,viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar . Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel zu 100%. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder.

I booked this hotel after seeing good reviews and it did not fail to meet my expectations. The hotel is close to all the amenities. Close to many shops, restaurants and transport. The guys Tony, Ahmed and Noor were very nice, courteous and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality was excellent and they made me very comfortable during my four-day stay, they ordered food and called a taxi for me whenever I needed it. The room was very clean and well-maintained. I have decided to stay only in this hotel during my next trip as well. A wonderful unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay close to the city centre and not very expensive.

WARNING: They might try to SCAM you. When my girlfriend arrived at the hotel they told her to cancel her reservation in *********** which was prepaid and non-refundable. When we checked-out they told us they hadn't received any money because we had cancelled the reservation and wanted us to pay again. Very disappointing behaviour. Everything else was good: Central location. People are nice. Drinks are free. Rooms are okay.

This hotel is very bad full of nonesense. For many reasons : 1. I paid over £400 for my stay . They knew my room number however evevrytime I leave my room I'm constantly asked what's my room number . Workers there ask for money for literally everything for opening your bedroom door they ask you for money . Visitors can't stay in your hotel room for more than an hour , visitors have to stay no more than 30 minutes in the downstairs longue area . Also to warm food you have to pay so for example you pay £10GBP Per plate of food when using their microwave this is terrible service and behaviour . Practically every staff member at that hotel except for a lovely lady at the reception area who saw to me on arrival constantly asked for money for every little thing. This is awful behaviour by the hotel please avoid and do not use ever ! Breakfast served there was also awful all pastries were stale the only thing that was fresh were the fried eggs made on that morning. Avoid at all costs !!

Dieci e lode a questo hotel centralissimo, a due passi da vie dello shopping e da Piazza Tahrir. Per gentilezza e ospitalità dello staff è sicuramente il miglior hotel dove sia mai stato. Ci hanno davvero fatto sentire come ospiti a casa loro e non come clienti. Pulitissimo, Wi-Fi ok. Lo staff oltre a darci preziosi consigli su ristoranti e altro ci ha sempre offerto drink e da mangiare senza che noi chiedessimo niente. Addirittura prima di andar via ci hanno regalato una scatola di dolci. La colazione è ottima, preparata da loro ed è sempre diversa ogni giorno. Davvero consigliatissimo per chiunque vada al Cairo.
