Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Especially the staff who wearing blue work uniform,they call him Benmen maybe,he was really supportive staff,he is super nice,he taught me how to call the driver on the Uber and not be tricked by the driver.Everything he can help.I felt thankful to him.Also location was quite and safe.They have updated my room,the room was great and big enough,every room have balcony.The design of hotel was excellent.and there are cafe,cinema,shops.It’s very convenient. I felt so comfortable to stayed in AL MASA hotel. I will choose here if i go to Cairo again

One of the best stays. The service is amazing. The gym has the most amazing view of the Nile river. The staff is very attentive and make sure you have a luxurious stay. Our room had the Nile view and was on the 14th floor. The hotel gets busy in the evenings. The hotel has the best food and also it has a lot of food joints opposite the road which requires 20 EP.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel 6 notti con mezza pensione io, mio marito e mia figlia di 9 anni. Già da subito l'hotel e Tamer, che ci ha accolto (l'unico che parla italiano e inglese), ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Per quello che può offrire questa città l'hotel è abbastanza sopra la media. Buon cibo, pulizia e confort in generale all'interno dell'hotel. La zona è quello che è, molto povera e sporca, ma com'è d'altronde tutto il resto della città e di queste zone... Ma una volta dentro l'hotel è tutto ok per quanto riguarda pulizia e altri servizi. Wi fi gratuito. Saletta ristorante e una bellissima terrazza vista piramidi dove bere thè, fare colazione o cena. Il personale tutto cordialissimo e sempre disponibile. Organizzano anche gite ovunque sempre con guida e autista, anche se sono un po' più care rispetto a quelle trovate su TripAdvisor. Nel complesso il prezzo dell'hotel invece è stato molto buono considerando anche la mezza pensione. Se dovessi tornare al Cairo ci tornerei sicuramente. Grazie a tutti voi ☺️

Breakfast is not a buffet, but is simply eaten on the terrace. The room is clean, but the view from the room is closed. This Hyatt is the worst Hyatt I have ever stayed at. The hardware facilities are still good because it is newly built. Compared with five-star service and management, there is still a lot of room for improvement. The most intolerable thing is that the room provided to me was not a normal room. It's a room in a suite. The soundproofing is very poor, and there is only one door between us and the guests next to us. The sounds of their conversation and exchanges at night could be heard clearly. I only slept for two hours the day I stayed, it was too noisy! Look at the extra bed they arranged! Blankets and jackets are provided. You want to use it, hum! You have to put it in yourself. After negotiating with Ctrip, the quilt was delivered late at night. It was just a quilt. The quilt was a quilt and the jacket was a jacket. If you want to use it, you have to do it yourself. After showering, there would be so much water spilling out that I almost slipped! Because it is not a standard room, the shower they provide allows guests to take a shower in the bathtub, and the water flows outside to the floor. I have to praise Ctrip's service here. It's really good. If there are any problems, they can actively negotiate and resolve them. I have used Booking and agoda when traveling abroad before. But when encountering problems, Ctrip is the one who can seriously solve them. There are many varieties of breakfast, but it doesn't feel delicious. There is a Starbucks in the hotel, but I feel that the taste is better than that in China. The waiter at the front desk is really not very patient with Chinese people. I speak Arabic English with a strong accent and very fast.
