Amazing views of Loch Fyne so we spent many hours in the front beer garden spotting porpoises. We ate both nights we stayed and the dinners were excellent. Breakfast had something for everyone and the pub section was also great with a good range of drinks. The staff were all so friendly to everyone and made us feel very welcome. Can’t fault anything, the hotel pictures on their website don’t do it justice! Would stay longer next time, two nights wasn’t enough!

Lovely place to stay.
Such a lovely little inn. We stayed in one of the twin rooms at the top. It was beautifully decorated and had views of the loch. Keep in mind there are many narrow stairs so if you pack heavy or aren't able to carry your luggage, request a room lower in the house. Gracious sitting room with beautiful views. We had dinner the first night and it was one of the best meals of our trip. Much more gourmet than I was expecting. The front desk were very nice and accommodating.

Sunday evening dinner at The Creggans didn’t disappoint! Delicious home cooked chips with the haddock and the most amazing fish gratin before the delight of rhubarb crème brûlée - looking forward to next time!

Beautiful breakfast with quality ingredients, service was excellent, very professional. Room was large, a little tired, but very clean and comfortable. The bar was lovely and we would definitely return. We didn’t eat in the evening as arrived quite late but others we spoke to said food was very good, going off the delicious breakfast I would think it’s excellent too.

The Venison burger was most likely bought from a supermarket, the chips were frozen chips and were overcooked (to the extent that I couldn't eat them), the onion rings were the same and the onion inside had not even been peeled. Over-priced for the quality of food served up.

Lovely , cosy hotel. We enjoyed excellent, friendly service, even when really busy. The highlight of this stay, which was during storm Floris, was the food, omg, the lambs liver was amazing. The pool table was good too.

We stopped off on the way home from Tarbert, via Portavadie. We hadn’t been here for YEARS so couldn’t wait to reminisce. It was a such a lovely welcome from the lady who was front of house, it wasn’t busy but she spent time chatting to everyone. The food was absolutely delicious and great value for money! Quality ingredients and a lovely, homely environment. 2 fish suppers, 2 soup with sandwich combos. Absolutely delicious. Great outdoor space with views over loch fyne too. Such a great place.

I stayed for 2 nights as I was working in the area. It is a very homely place. My room was very comfortable, great pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet, even with the windows open. There was also a good desk to work at. The inn has a residents’ lounge with a beautiful view of the water. The food was exceptionally good - lots of seafood options - all cooked / presented well. The staff were caring and lovely. A great stay for work or pleasure
