Very cool staff in this hotel. They need to keep passbook 10 min. to check in without any explanation. Strange.

It's great. The hotel has a rich breakfast. The restaurant manager and service staff always greet you with a smile. It feels like home. The front desk service is great. There is a bus at the door of the hotel to the mountain attractions, which is very convenient for 2 euros.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, sogar in gutem Englisch.
Zimmer recht klein, dafür mit einer tolles Aussicht.
Leider ist auch der Fahrstuhl sehr klein.
Parkplätze direkt am Hotel.
Das angrenzende Restaurant ist sehr gut, hat eine gemütliche Atmosphäre, und bietet eine tolle Aussicht.
Auch hier war das Personal sehr freundlich.
Ich finde dieses Hotel empfehlenswert für einen Kurzurlaub.

Hotel simples, antigo, mas muito limpo, com um quarto agradável, com um colchão muito confortável. Estacionamento em frente ao hotel e tinha um restaurante antes da portaria. Não comemos lá, mas o cheiro do preparo da comida estava maravilhoso!

Ottimo hotel con personale gentilissimo e con annesso ristorante pizzeria ottima. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consigliamo.. Appena possiamo, ci ritorno con molto entusiasmo. This was the worst hotel we’ve been to. The bathroom was covered in mould. The bedroom window frame as well. It was layers of black mould. It was so cold in the night and we were freezing. When we woke up we realized that they switched off the electricity throughout the night. We met a woman staying in the room next door and she didn’t have any electricity either. They did have it in the hallway and the rest of the hotel, but they switched it off in the rooms. When we came back after the breakfast the electricity was back. The breakfast was also poor and the juices they offer were basically colored water. They didn’t taste whatsoever but probably had some color left in the juice machine from previous juices. So bad. The worst thing was definitely the mould, I don’t understand how someone can offer and charge money for a place like that.
