Very cool staff in this hotel. They need to keep passbook 10 min. to check in without any explanation. Strange.

It's great. The hotel has a rich breakfast. The restaurant manager and service staff always greet you with a smile. It feels like home. The front desk service is great. There is a bus at the door of the hotel to the mountain attractions, which is very convenient for 2 euros.

Tornando dalle ferie, i siamo fermati per pranzo, c/o il ristorante. Siamo stati ben accolti, e poi serviti. Mangiato molto bene, e sicuramente, se torneremo in zona ci fermeremo ancora. Grazie mille dalla famiglia di Arquà Petrarca.

This was the worst hotel we’ve been to. The bathroom was covered in mould. The bedroom window frame as well. It was layers of black mould. It was so cold in the night and we were freezing. When we woke up we realized that they switched off the electricity throughout the night. We met a woman staying in the room next door and she didn’t have any electricity either. They did have it in the hallway and the rest of the hotel, but they switched it off in the rooms. When we came back after the breakfast the electricity was back. The breakfast was also poor and the juices they offer were basically colored water. They didn’t taste whatsoever but probably had some color left in the juice machine from previous juices. So bad. The worst thing was definitely the mould, I don’t understand how someone can offer and charge money for a place like that.

Sono stato con amici per 2 giorni in questo hotel. Ottima posizione. Camere pulite. Letti confortevoli. Staff attento e gentile. Poi siamo stati al ristorante... In 2 giorni 3 volte.. Abbiamo mangiato di tutto dal pesce freschissimo alla carne e la pizza. Lo chef è in gamba! I prodotti di ottima qualità a partire dal pane fatto in casa. Una menzione particolare va fatta a Enzo e Sergio. Con la loro professionalità e simpatia hanno reso la nostra permanenza indimenticabile! Unica pecca è che si possono dare solo 5 stelle... Ne avrei date 10! Ci rivedremo sicuramente! Grazie di tutto! Gli amici del tavolo 5
