La prima volta che soggiorniamo in questa struttura e sono stata positivamente sorpresa dalla location e dalla ricercatezza dei dettagli delle camere affacciate sul porto. Si trova praticamente ad angolo con Via Roma, al quarto piano e le stanze sono molto ampie, spaziose e belle luminose. Di fronte ampia possibilità di parcheggi segnalati dallo staff con il quale la comunicazione è stata celere e chiara. Colazione super e personale gentilissimo. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Consigliatissimo a tutti.

Ho soggiornato con delle amiche ,durante un raduno di amici/colleghi,in una camera tripla che affacciava sul porto di Cagliari,bellissimo panorama centrale ,pulitissima e silenziosa. Più che un b&b è da equiparare a un boutique hotel. Che dire della colazione buonissima con delle torte fresche e diverse ogni mattina ,con vista scelta di dolce e salato e in più la possibilità di scegliere ,preparato al momento,crepes o pancake o uova strapazzate,tutto delizioso. Doveroso descrivere la disponibilità del direttore Nicola e la gentilezza e premura di Daniela. Un' esperienza sicuramente da ripetere

Ottima location, silenziosissimo nonostante sia nel cuore della città. Estremamente pulito e con prodotti di qualità. Materasso confortevole. Ottimo servizio in caso di qualsiasi imprevisto. La colazione con atmosfera da casa armoniosa ha la qualità da vero boutique hotel e le ragazze accompagnano la tua colazione con discrezione e accoglienza professionale. La camera con vista sul porto e il mare blu....è il caso di dirlo: il buongiorno si vede dal mattino! Grazie mille

Small hotel, only 6 rooms located on 4th floor of large building. Large quiet rooms with amazing harbour view. Satisfying breakfast to cover everyone's needs. Staff were friendly and efficient, especially Martina, who went out of her way to help us with recommendations and arranging tours. Also the housekeeper who found our jewellery and left it at reception for us. It is unstaffed from 3pm, but felt very safe and secure. Excellent location, 10mins walk from station and round the corner from some excellent dinner options

First time experience in a guest house with codes to enter and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency, availability and kindness of the staff at the reception of the cleanliness of the room ... equipped with every comfort ... breakfast truly refined and quality .. with attention to the requests of the customer .. even if located on the 4th floor of a building x other near the historic center !! I would definitely go back and recommend it for those who have to stay in Cagliari

The hotel is centrally located close to the harbour/marina and the old town. Walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. The rooms are modern and cosy, well designed. This hotel.is great value for money and worth a visit. Truly impressed by this hotel.

Very well located city hotel. Bedrooms are well sized and comfortable. Well priced for quality as well Only thing to note is the hotel is self service from the afternoon- this shouldn’t be a deterrent but just a need to know. We would return if visiting Cagliari again
