Sehr nette kleine Pension in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Fußgängerzone und dem Botanischen Garten. Zum Bahnhof 15 Minuten entspannt zu Fuß. Die durch die Inhaber geführte Unterkunft bietet zudem ein super einheimisches Frühstück aus eigenem Anbau bzw. eigener Herrstellung (Marmelade, Brot, Kuchen, Obst). Gemütliche Zimmer, etwas verwinkelt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

I made a mistake in my first review saying there were extra charges. I misunderstood this was a tax I had to pay not an extra charge.
The room was huge, really spacious with surrounding areas (own entrance, front door, marble stairs up, landing area with sofa, bathroom) making it more like a flat. The style old, authentic Italian.
My only problem was noise in the surrounding area at night but this is being sorted as I write. The owners were not aware as they do not live in the hotel.Very friendly, helpful owners, a family run business.

una stanza piccolissima. Finestra piccolissima che impone l’utilizzo del condizionatore. Bagno piccolissimo e senza bidet. Durante le pulizie giornaliere non vengono messi nemmeno gli asciugamani puliti come sostitutivi di quelli sporchi e la carta igienica. Le cose personali sono state trovate spostate da dove le avevamo messe. Il terrazzo che ci spettava, era una loro lavanderia, e se noi stendavamo qualcosa di nostro compreso biancheria intima veniva spostata. La privacy non esiste se vi viene data questa camera. Le poltrone che avevamo nel terrazzo (sporco e con ombrellone rotto) avevano degli asciugamani da mare messi alla rinfusa. Il momento peggiore è arrivato nel momento in cui dopo tutti questi disagi ci è stato chiesto con molta prepotenza di pagare in contanti. Colazione in tavoli di mezzo metro e in corridoio strettissimo tutti attaccati. Parcheggio che non è un parcheggio ma un buco di 10 euro al giorno. Non mi vedranno mai più.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura che è ben arredata, pulita, la colazione a KM 0 squisita. Ottima la posizione e i proprietari Silvia e Maurizio sono molto simpatici e disponibili. Speriamo di aver un'altra occasione per tornarci presto.

B&B in via Fra Ignazio, strategico sia per visitare il centro che per andare verso la zona universitaria, dove dovevamo dirigerci noi. Possibilità di usufruire del servizio parcheggio, molto comodo vista la zona. Camere spaziose e carine, arredate in stile sardo e con tutti i comfort (frigo, aria condizionata). Colazione a pagamento, noi abbiamo optato per farla al bar vicino (meno di 150 metri). Proprietari molto attenti e simpatici, ci sono anche venuti incontro per quanto riguarda le date del soggiorno, che abbiamo dovuto improvvisamente cambiare. Prezzi onesti. Unico, piccolo neo: la notte che abbiamo soggiornato noi, un lieve olezzo proveniva dagli scarichi del bagno. Può succedere, per carità. In ogni caso, torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo.

Tutto Perfetto, camera super carina,spaziosa e proprietari molto gentili e disponibili . Il Giardino si trova in una posizione comodissima sia per arrivare in centro sia per andare in stazione.. Molto pulito e curato, sicuramente lo consiglio !

This was a very sweet family guest house with four ensuite rooms and a communal dining room. Run by a local couple who cannot do enough for you. The guest house is literally two roads away from the centre with all it's bars and restaurants but due to being in a courtyard the rooms are very quiet. The rooms are clean and comfortable with all you would need. Breakfast is the traditional Italian sweet variety and all home made by the hostess. We would go back.

Sono stato presso questo B&B per più di una settimana durante una trasferta di lavoro. La posizione è strategica e super centrale, a pochi passi dal centro storico, ricco di attività e ristoranti. Le camere sono in stile sardo, molto calde e accoglienti, ma la parte da padrone la fa l'accoglienza e la premura dei titolari, Maurizio e Silvia, sempre simpatici, cortesi e super disponibili senza mai essere invadenti! Ci tornerei anche solo per fare colazione, tutto km0, i muffins agli agrumi meritano una menzione con lode, sofficissimi, ne mangiavo sempre tre e i restanti tre li conservavo per metà mattinata in ufficio! Che dire, li raccomanderò se qualcuno mi chiederà un B&B su Cagliari! Grazie ancora Antonio
