Hermoso lugar. Excelente ubicación con áreas comunes excepcionales en diseño y calidad. Super cómodas las habitaciones, sólo faltó agua caliente en algunos momentos del día; en general se solucionaba al rato (único problema) Personal super amable!

Accueil déplorable La réceptionniste a parlé avec notre guide et nous a complètement ignorés Idem pour un membre de la direction qui est passé devant nous sans un regard La chambre est grande mais pas isolée Nous entendions les piétons comme si nous étions avec eux sur le trottoir De plus des fauteuils pour les fumeurs ont été installés juste sous la fenêtre dans le patio Les clients y restent jusque tard et parlent fort impossible de dormir Il n’y a pas de penderie Seulement une tringle avec 4 cintres mais on peut seulement mettre des chemises pas assez haute pour les robes Le pire de notre circuit de 30 nuits

Ok for a couple of nights
As others have said, the pool was not clean. There were beds & chairs around the pool but no comfort - no soft furnishings. The bedroom was small as was the bathroom. We were surprised to find there was no eggs option at breakfast unless you paid extra. Location was great & room itself was clean

Cat at breakfast table.
The hotel itself is very well located in the center of town. It has an old look and is very simple, but has everything you need. Shower ran smoothly but hot/cold water combination was hard to obtain to get the right temperature, it was either too hot or too cold.
Beds and pillows were comfy and the place was thoroughly cleaned during our stay.
My only and biggest issue I have is with the hotel restaurant and the breakfast. There are cats around the property and during our first day, we saw a cat on top of the table, in between all the breakfast items.
The cat came off the table and went its way, but after telling the staff about it, all they said was ‘yes, we have a problem with cats in the property’. If you know it’s a problem, why don’t you do something to protect the food people are eating from the cats?!!
It seemed absolutely ridiculous and careless and as someone that has an allergy to cats, I was not ok with them being in the property, PERIOD.

Older but charming hotel. Great staff and very friendly. We got a superior room and was very comfortable with an area to work. Internet worked well. Limited breakfast options but many local pastries offered
