We have booked 3 rooms, love them all, each with different features, very clean and comfortable bed. good price and covenience. car parks nearby, 5mins walk to Morrison. nice harbour view!!!

Very good hotel well located close to the city center. Very rustic with welcoming staff and a very varied choice at breakfast. Clean and spacious room. Paar against the name of the hotel and the logo associated with it is controversial.

Stayed in room 77 and 12pm it was like a rave shouting screaming we paid £187 too be kept awake all night... don't bother staying here

We stayed at the black boy inn last weekend in room 21 and really enjoyed our stay, the staff were all really friendly and the lady on reception was very helpful when it came to parking our car. The room was spotless and clean with a nice comfy bed and pillows , the breakfast choice was great with plenty of variety and coffee was available on tap if like us you need it first thing in a morning .

Great pub! The food was home made and a full variety. It was reasonably priced and delicious. The staff were happy and helpful. There was friendly atmosphere with old fashioned charm. We had a lovely evening and delighted to offer a positive review

Room seemed quite dark as it was down some steps (Room 31) but on reflection this was a blessing as it was 30degrees outside. Fan was already in the room and we made the most of this and it was enough to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. Room and bathroom clean. Staff very welcoming. Location was perfect (just inside the castle walls) and parking was provided by the hotel down on the quayside. We didn't use the car for the 2 days of our stay. Had dinner one night and the food was excellent. We will be back. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Great pub in a good location. Good menu and plenty of tables inside and out. We all had the chicken curry and we all enjoyed them. Fish and chips looked good too. Was near the castle. This was our second or third visit. We will call again next time we are in Caernarfon

Beautiful pub and hotel right in the heart of Caernarfon. Rooms are in their own buildings around the pub. Castle and town walls are at your doorstep. Beautiful town to walk and discover. Service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We had the buffet breakfast and had plenty to choose from. They do have hot breakfast as well. Great place to stay when in town
