We booked this hotel on a half board basis. When we sat down to dinner the waiter said we could not have half board. He was incredibly rude and it was embarrassing. Finally, after checking our booking he relented and said we could choose one course only from the menu. Do not book this hotel, the customer service was unforgivable.

Close to Altivole
We required a place close to Altivole so that we could meet with family there. We were pleasantly surprised with our room, the friendly service, the great dinner and breakfasts we had there. Slept very well.

Beautiful hotel, nice big rooms with mini bar WiFi, nice breakfast, value for money, overall for a short stay we had a good experience. Definitely going back. We didn't try any restaurant food so we can't review it. We like the location as we visited other places within 30 min.

Hotel che offre servizi in linea con la categoria di appartenenza ed il prezzo chiesto. Stanza ampia, dotata dei necessari comfort e pulita. L’ho usato per partecipare ad un evento a Valdobbiadene, data la sveglia presto ci hanno preparato la colazione già dalle 6:00! Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Sono stato bene.

We booked and paid for this hotel on a half board basis. We were told once seated in the restaurant that we were not able to have half board. We were finally allowed to have one course from the menu, plus “No fish”!..It was embarrassing and the hotel should not offer half board if they don’t want to honour it. The waiter was very rude and we will never return to this hotel.
