Chambre non conforme à la chambre initialement demandée. 2 lits simples au lieu d'un lit double.
Climatisation de la chambre hors service pendant 2 jours, elle devait soit disant être opérationnelle le lendemain.
On nous a fourni une climatisation mobile avec évacuation extérieure mais la chambre se trouvait juste au dessus du restaurant de l'hôtel ( donc odeur de fritures dans la chambre )
Éviter la n°103.
Aucuns dédommagements ne nous a été proposé lors de notre départ.
La photo de la piscine sur le rooftop est mensongère, bien plus petite que ça en réalité.
Nous avons cependant apprécié l'emplacement de l'hôtel et la vue sur la cathédrale depuis le bar sur le rooftop.
Le petit déjeuné est également TOP.

Nice small boutique hotel, the staff were welcoming and helpful. The only issue we faced was that our room was on the 3rd floor and there is a bar on the rooftop 4th floor, loud music, lots of noise till early hours of the morning.

Very central location, with a wonderful view of the cathedral. Excellent room, with all the mod cons, but nice eclectic touches such as the record player. Really tasty breakfasts, and truly attentive and friendly staff. Comes highly recommended

Dieses Hotel ist einfach wunderbar. Es ist ein Kleinod in dieser tollen Stadt Cadiz. Es liegt zentral, zentraler geht es nicht. Es ist sehr individuell ausgestattet. Unser Zimmer 203, war nicht sonderlich groß, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Das Bad ist wirklich erstklassig. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und der Service und die Freundlichkeit sind wirklich überragend. Vom Pool in der fünften Etage sieht man auf die Kathedrale.

Wir haben im Olom eine zauberhafte Woche verbracht. Das Haus liegt zentral, nur wenige Meter von der Kathedrale entfernt, das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, auf der Dachterrasse gibt es einen kleinen Pool und eine ziemlich coole Outdoor-Bar, von der aus man einen 1a-Blick auf die Kathedrale genießt. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und bieten ein paar nette technische Annehmlichkeiten (zentrale Lichtsteuerung, die Vorhänge und Gardinen lassen sich elektrisch öffnen und schließen etc.). Braucht man nicht unbedingt, ist aber okay. Insgesamt: ein empfehlenswertes Haus.

Nice cafe/bar to people watch from whilst in the Plaza Catedral Squares. Friendly staff and we had a light snack which was nice. Can't comment about the Hotel as such, as we only drank outside, but the interior looked nice. The toilets were very clean.
