I was looking forward to staying here with the lovely views. I can't fault the views but they don't mention your balcony is right over an extremely busy restaurant. You can't use your balcony for at least half the day due to the noise. The door offers no soundproofing from the corridor so you can hear every noise and talking.. Not really worth the money (shame)

Une pépite c est la définition de cet endroit Un accueil excellent, à l’italienne Chambre avec vue à couper le souffle avec un confort impeccable et propreté sans faute. Excellent petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux Nous sommes arrivés vers 16h sans avoir mangé sur la route ( 8h de route) cause embouteillages Le restaurant était fermé encore La cheffe de l établissement nous a préparé une planche pour que l on puisse se restaurer… Une mention spéciale pour cette dame et un grand merci à elle. Établissement tenu d’une main de maître Restaurant très bien également avec un terrasse et une vue formidable Des pizzas d’un excellent rapport qualité prix. Nous y retournerons pour un séjour plus long Allez y les yeux fermés

Wir hatten zwei großartige Tage. Das Hotel ist super Familienfreundlich. Wir hatten die kleinsten Zimmer, welche spartanisch eingerichtet sind aber sauber und ein super Preisleistungsverhätnis haben. Wir danken allen Mitarbeitern. Das essen ist großartig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Very beautiful view. Good place to visit Lugano and surroundings by car and spend one or two nights, Staff was friendly and room met our expectations but restaurant was not quite what we expected from the rewiews. Pizza was quite good though.

Siamo andati con i nostri cognati. Una bellissima sorpresa. Posizione top vicino ai tre laghi più grandi, panorama mozzafiato, cibo ottimo, struttura ottima e molto pulita, personale e proprietari di una gentilezza e professionalità eccezionali, servizi ottimi piscina compresa. Insomma una vacanza perfetta !

We enjoyed the views from the holiday of lake Lugano very pretty. The food was very good and our room was clean and comfortable
We arrived just before the start of the season so the pool was not open.
The road up to the hotel is challenging as very steep
