Was very disappointed that the pool was closed. I only booked this hotel because it showed a pool in the amenities. The owner said the pool was closed for good and said it isn’t advertised. I showed him on the app where it was advertised, and explained I only booked it because of the pool so that my kids could swim. He would not offer a refund or anything.
