Cache Creek tends to have some overpriced hotels but there still should be more value for the money here. There was only one bedside light (although staff brought one immediately when asked) and no overhead light. The room was clean and the bed was newer and comfortable. It's just off the highway making it convenient and it's not far from back country roads to explore the outdoors. However, the room had a strong smell, possibly pet odor. We didn't ask for or need a pet-friendly room but I think we got one anyways. Fixtures are older and there wasn't any hair dryer.

This place is a dump. First of all, they don’t have an outdoor pool as advertised. The air conditioning was not on and never fully cooled the room once turned on. The wood support on the upper walkway was completely rotted out. The ice machine is a home use unit, not a commercial unit. The green space furniture is garbage and shouldn’t be used. The pictures on this site must be from 10-20 years ago.

When booking was told I was getting a "Discounted" rate, however never did.. Don't bother staying here unless you like cold and I mean COLD showers... Had the hot water running for an hour and it still came out cold. Coffee maker is totally useless and caked in corrosion... Stayed 1 night and glad it was a short stay ! Lady working needs to stop harassing customers or you won't have any ! Carpeting in the room was so filthy you wouldn't want to take your shoes off. Only positive thing I can say is the bedding was all very clean and brand new... However spending $178 give or take was a complete waste...
