I have never stayed in such a bad hotel, and it costs more than 400 per night. The hot water is useless, and I took cold showers for two days. The air conditioner is a window type, which is very noisy. There is no bottled water in the room, let alone a kettle, and there is no toothbrush cup. A piece of soap is given for bathing, and shampoo is in a bag for washing hair. Breakfast is reserved by calling one day in advance and delivered to the room the next day, which is also relatively simple. The most annoying thing is that they checked the room for a long time before leaving, and then insisted that I smoked in the room, but in fact they could not produce any evidence, and asked me to pay a fine of 5000P before letting me go. I had to catch a flight early in the morning and could not afford to delay, so I had to accept it. Considering that they had to sign a separate smoking fine when checking in, I felt that they were just a routine. Most of the hotel rooms were empty, and it is estimated that they are about to close down.

The staffs are good, policies sucks, they made us drink our beer at the lobby and watch us until my friends leave the place. The toilet is not clean specially the sink they didnt even bother to scrub their toilet sink its terrible.

My suggestion is to change the name to "No"-Hotel:
-no Service
-no customer orientation
-no relaxing place
-bunker feeling (no window, no fresh air ventilation)
Very loud disco music till late in the night. Lates at 7am it starts again. The management does not care. When we checked out we were treated like thieves because they had to check to room first before they let us go. Strongly not recommended!

Good value for money, spacious room, large serving of free breakfast, food quite good. the location is in front of Metromall, the hotel is on the 3rd floor of divimart which will be soon be Puregold per hotel info. Stayed there for 2 days to attend our Aunt's vigil and burial. Our experience would have been really nice, except for the situation ,that during checkout, they have been asking my brother who occupied a separate room from us, for a piece of teaspoon which according to them is missing, it took about more than 30 minutes, for which it could not be accounted. The backside of it is, since they don't have any restaurant/mess hall , the food is delivered to the room and they don't provide teaspoon for the coffee included for breakfast, hence the teaspoon in question might have been included in the used silverware when the kitchen staff picked them up. Delivery of food not on time and with incomplete cutleries. Had to pay for a missing cutlery which could not be accounted. It is quite an embarrassing situation, money is not an issue but being questioned for a piece of cutlery and held before checkout... whew... that is a first for us who are seasoned travellers, hence the rating.
