We have been coming to Pueblo Bonito properties in Cabo San Lucas for 33 years. My best observations and comments go to the staff. Like any business, it all about the people, and the people who work at PB are the best. This was a great trip. Our concierge Sakini was on top of even our smallest issues. Every staff member we interacted with was wonderful. The all inclusive package really made our holiday. All we had to do was relax! Coming back next year for a 34th year!

I ate and drank at Cibola everyday after the gym with my boyfriend and sat at the bar. Our bartender/server, Luis A., took excellent care of us every day we were there! Great drinks, food, and service . Thank you Luis! I highly recommend sitting at the bar as opposed to outside, it’s worth it. He also gave us great fishing recommendations as well.

Our butler, SAKINI, made our stay so enjoyable and easy! He arranged for every transportation, answered every question, was always ready for a quick visit, and was very knowledgeable on where to go and what to do. Our two weeks day was flawless thanks to his help. He felt like a family friend from the very start! He had a great sense of humor and was very knowledgeable on all things Cabo!! we will request him on return trip trips!

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful property! Our concierge, Sakini Numata was excellent and very attentive, making our stay most enjoyable. I will request him when I return. My maid Martha Reyes, and the other maids did a really great job keeping our villa VERY clean. The quality of food and all of the restaurants was terrific! I AM VERY MUCH LOOKING FORWARD TO MY NEXT VISIT.

Amazing staff our Butler Sakini was so accommodating taking care of all the reservations, early morning transfer to the Marina, not an easy task for 14 guests. Fernando at the pools made sure we were taken care of. Alan, Marcos and Roberto pool servers are the best never an empty glass and well feed. The Steakhouse always a favorite by all, Fellini’s is a must go at the Rose’
