Hotel maravilhoso, recepcionista que me atendeu no check-in um amor (desculpa não lembrar o nome) sempre todos funcionários muito solícitos, todos muito gentis estao de parabéns, as roupas de cama e toalhas tão cheirosos que dava pra sentir antes de entrar no quarto, sempre fazendo arrumação do quarto impecável quando saíamos, café da manhã uma delicia com bastante opções, sempre fazendo reposição rapidamente, localização boa perto de tudo! 15 minutos de Arraial e perto do Bairro da passagem que é perfeito a noite, estacionamento otimo coberto, piscina gostosa, sauna muito boa! Amamos tudo sem exceção!

Generally the hostel is good, toys for children, good breakfast with bread, cold, cookies, fruit, cakes, the room with water is good, needs to improve the cleaning of the pool, stays with sand pq guests tbm don't help, It comes directly from the beach without even entering the shower before, lunch in the restaurant is expensive, 79 Kilo, dinner is a la carte, prices compatible with restaurants and lunch-resorts.

We like the stay, breakfast was all.Ok,,,the super pleasant environment, Some unpleasant details were the water was with a strong smell of well water,the shower wasn't warm much,, The hotel is very comfortable and well located despite these small details. The perfect hotel where everyone is willing to help and host you. The breakfast leaves something to be desired, yes, but it's close to everything. It has a market and pharmacy in front of it, any type of store. 2 km from Cabo Frio passage, you can walk. And Praia do Forte can be reached by uber or by car...very close. Or if you like walking, it's worth it too. McDonald's, nice restaurants... even if you want to go out for dinner, Porto Alegre is the best place to go.
