Pia do banheiro entupida de cabelo. Box todo sujo. Tampa da privada não fica aberta, quando senta encosta no nosso corpo. Chuveiro não esquenta. E o pior, NÃO TINHA TOALHAS. O funcionário da recepção a noite, foi atencioso, solicito, porém não sabia como resolver. Disse que não tinha nenhuma toalha disponível no hotel nem mesmo nos quartos vazios. Isso foi no dia que cheguei. Me hospedei com meu marido e nosso 3 filhos. - não conseguimos falar com a gerente/dona

Atendimento ao chegar da primeira recepcionista foi muito bom, rapaz vou ter a recepção onde já tinha mudado o atendente 15/03/25. Pediu duas toalhas só veio uma e estou esperando a segunda até hoje, pedi sabonete pois não tinha no banheiro estou esperando até hoje, ( fui no mercado e comprei ). As redes de internet aparecem disponíveis porém não conecta consta conectado sem internet, reclamei disso também na recepção estou esperando uma solução até hoje, existe uma televisão no quarto porém ela não funciona reclamei disso e estou esperando ela ser posta em funcionamento também até hoje, já o café da manhã é simples mas bem satisfatório um bolo gostoso e deu mais pães muito bom também. Pelo menos o básico do básico tem que melhorar bastante na minha opinião !

Fujam dessa Pousada quartos os não tem Ar condicionado (e na operadora não consta a informação, ventiladores em todos os quartos), WI FI não funciona. Nenhum responsável no local que resolva as solicitações telefone e recepção ninguém atende.

Lugar parece que está abandonado. Terrível. Banheiro, espelho caindo, box quebrado, água fraca. Simplesmente não víamos a hora de ir embora. Wi fi não pega de jeito nenhum. Café da manhã super fraquinho! Triste pagar por um local q parece ser ok , e não é nada disso. Sem contar o cheiro estranho q está nos quartos.
