Quarto com mofo, cheiro de mofo, Wi-Fi não funciona nos quartos, travesseiro mofado, frigobar enferrujado, banheiro principalmente em péssimas condições! Hotel é bem localizado mas atualmente parece estar abandonado! Não tem vaga de estacionamento e é cobrado R$30,00 por dia para estacionar no local.

Falta de cortesia e simpatia do staff … eles te veem carregando as malas e não se oferecem para ajudar . Você dá bom dia e eles meio que viram a cara … me senti como uma intrusa na casa de um genro …. Exceto equipe do café da manhã que tinha sempre um sorriso no rosto . O restante sempre mal humorado . Quanto ao quarto , era enorme. Camas muito mal arrumados , de madrugada você acorda com o lençol todo solto do colchão . Piscina ok , mas a hidro bem cheia de areia. Wi-Fi não pega nos quartos . Localização maravilhosa . Vista para o mar e tudo mais . Melhorando o treinamento do staff , acredito que o restante se ajeita

O hotel em si é lindo, bem localizado, pé na areia como as fotos mostram. Porém, após o check in, eu e meu marido entramos no quarto e nos deparamos com móveis extremamente mal cuidados, cheiro de mofo em tudo, nas cobertas, travesseiros. o banheiro é a pior parte, a água do vaso é sempre amarela e o box vazia um barulho ao abrir e fechar, como se fosse quebrar. Não comprometeu nossa viagem, pq escolhemos não ligar. O café da manhã deixa muito muito a desejar e as comidas n parecem fresquinhas. Precisa de uma reforma pra já!
